I tried to book every couple of hours from the time I got up in the morning. The site opened for booking at exactly at the correct time (3:00 pm my time). I booked and paid for my 3 most wanted excursions and then went back to book some more. (We are on board for 39 days with 37 port days.). I picked the rest of my optional tours but when I went to the cart and tried to pay, the dreaded wheel just kept going round and round. I decided to go back and book the times I wanted for the included tours. Then I tried again--dreaded wheel. I noticed a "chat box" and used it. The woman was very helpful and managed to book all but one sold out tour for us. I paid though the chat box and got confirmation by email. After I received the email, I checked my MVJ and the excursions were still in my cart and showed I hadn't paid. I then deleted the items in the cart. I check again and magically they appeared as booked in my MVJ. Good luck to everyone. Cynthia

Thanks to everyone for their insights. I will try to book this excursion when my bookings open tomorrow. I have a total of five days in Athens and was looking for the best tour to get us out of the city for a day. I don't usually book nine hour tours, but this one seems doable. Cynthia

I don't know which ship you are on, but in my experience, most will have a couple of excursions available after you board the ship. This probably depends on the number of B2B passengers. I would ask at the excursion desk when you board. I will be in Quebec City on August 1 -5. I'll see if I can find out anything about the HO/HO. I agree it's confusing. Cynthia

Den, I'm so sorry that your cruise was cancelled after all the other disappointments. I am getting ready to go on our first cruise in almost 2 1/2 years. I can only imagine my disappointment if it was suddenly cancelled. I'll be so relieved when all my Vouchers are finally used and I don't have to worry about finding something to book by a certain date. Take care, Cynthia .

I just received the notice that my Regal TA was cancelled. Do you know when we will be able to book the on the Regal for the Emerald's TA? On the site it still lists the Emerald for April 16 TA. Thanks, Cynthia

Good question! I hope someone on board will answer this before our August cruise. I still have a lot of OBC and don't want to "buy" any more stuff or excursions. I'd also like to know if Princess is still letting you just pay the difference in wine cost if you have the + package. Cynthia

So happy! One less thing to worry about. I don't expect Viking to stop their on board testing, but maybe they will stop their confusing testing before first international flight. Cynthia
