    Took an hour and half, but I was able to pay for all of our drink packages at the $62.99 rate. Not sure why they are telling people they won't honor it.

    It's a glitch. You have to call them to get the price honored. I would do it now while they are all on the same page and aware of the issue.

    Our deluxe drink package when from $78.99 to $62.99.

    You should call back. They are honoring the prices, but you have to call. They will make a note in your account for the rate that you tried to book at, and will honor it when the system comes back up. I have 5 reservations "locked in" for that deluxe beverage package price that I saw.

    Call the 800 number for cruise planner. They are making notes in people's account to protect the rates!!!

    The deluxe drink package for my sailing is on sale for $62.99/day. When I go to check out, it changes to $72.99 a day. Anyone else having an issue?

    My cruise confirmation says " Wine and Dine Packages: ... You can also purchase fantastic wine packages and select the beverage packages you want before your cruise. Please visit www.RoyalCaribbean.com for more information." Where are the wine packages? I have never seen this before, and they aren't listed in Cruise Planner. Is this new?

    How are the Clamshells assigned on Great Stirrup Cay? Do Haven guests automatically get front row? They can now be booked online, which is why I am asking.

    FYI - You only have to reserve for one person, even though your party has 2 people.

    Do not use the water from the bathroom. That is a good way to ruin your machine. They will provide it. If you are worried, just bring a bottle with you.

    Encore is currently sailing Alaska, and will be in Florida in early November. Will the show times generally be the same, or do they change the schedule once the Florida sailings start? Thanks!
