  2. It's working for me on a desktop using Chrome...they've changed the layout now...I *think* I like it better than it used to be. Time will tell.
  3. @Kitty Ellas Mom we always pre-purchase a 12 pack of water through the personalizer for $7.08 so that we will not have to go searching the ship for single bottles of water to carry. It's one of the best deals on the ship. It *should* be waiting for you in your cabin when you first arrive. If not, just mention it to your steward and he/she will bring it.

  11. Sorry...I'm going to have to show my ignorance here. Where are we talking about? What port? (I don't know much about Monet, obviously!) Regardless...the tour description *should* give you an idea about the mobility issues and whether it is recommended.

  13. I have seen posts where people claimed that they just went to guest services and asked for a card...but that's been a while back. Can't say for sure now.
  14. *SOME* types of tours have started up again...I can't say whether or not all tours and on all ships, but earlier this year we attended the culinary demonstration in the main theater on the Sky and afterwards they invited everyone who attended to tour the galley. I was very surprised. So, if they are allowing people through the galley.... ??

  16. I'd say the more important question at this point is "When is your cruise"? Yes, passport processing is delayed (I assume you've already applied...?) and hopefully you opted for expedited processing. (?)
  17. I don't know if you are aware of this...but you can access the dining section via the "web version" which can be done from any desktop/laptop/tablet in the Cruise Personalizer. It may not make any difference for whatever your particular issue is, but this is the way that I *always* book dining. It's so much easier to "see" what you're doing and also multiple days.

  19. Canceled excursions are the one thing that processes very quickly.
