Email mscexistingreservations@msccruisesusa.com. I emailed them yesterday and received email reply within 2 hours.

According to the YC manager on the Divina which we were on very recently, this was the first ship to try out a Yacht Club experience so that had to use what they had available.

We tipped $25 on our free Diamond dinner because it also included drinks under our YC package.

We are trying to figure out what specialty restaurants are currently on the Divina. According to a MSC pre-book email, we can book a steak house and sushi dinner but we read amazing reviews about an Italian restaurant on board. When calling MSC, no one knows anything about it or really any specialty restaurant details. Has anyone experienced any specialty restaurants while on board the Divina recently and in your opinion are they worth it? We have cruised several lines with amazing specialty restaurants. We are in the Yacht Club so we wonder if spending extra money on specialty restaurants is worth it. We appreciate any guidance provided.
Just recently off the Divina and ate most meals in the YC restaurant Le Muse which is aft. All meals were very good but each has their own opinion on food. The Maitre’d Luis is especially attentive and his great waiters will accommodate your meal preferences. Only ate in Butcher’s Cut specialty restaurant once because of Diamond status and it was delicious.
Excellent staff in YC lounge and you will definitely like the YC manager Giada. She’s so personable and always around. If the lounge butlers Joyce and Isabelle are around, ask for a shot of Damage the Brain, it’s not that bad but good for laughs. 😉

Lovemycruisetoo,,,,,,,,,,,you mentioned that you were on the Divina this past Friday and at that point you did not get the wine and macaroons....Did you finally get the wine and macaroons???????Please let us know...
No we didn’t and I don’t remember anyone else mentioning that they did either.
We also didn’t get our MSC logo gift - only the chocolate ships and strawberries. We got white MSC logo baseball type caps in October 2021 on the Meraviglia but not this time. We were in the YC so very surprised about that. We did enjoy Butchers Cut very much. -
We’re on Divina and received specialty meal, two chocolate ships and a plate of chocolate covered strawberries. No Prosecco or macaroons yet (which we don’t want) but still have two nights left.

We found the indoor dining which by the way had very few tables at the YC restaurant to be extremely noisy with the bartenders coming in and out and having very loud conversations. We chose to eat outdoors the next time and will again on our next stop they in a few days.

We’re booked on Sapphire for RT LAX Hawaii October 2022. Phew.

We are also sailing on Divina this month and our original boarding time was 13:00 but changed to 9:30.

Thank you both so much for you quick replies and all the great information. We don’t mind paying extra or taking shuttles but like to travel with some idea of what we have to do. DH doesn’t eat fish but if they have a meat/poultry dish, we’re good. 😊

Hi All, we’re staying at the DT San Pedro for our next cruise. We have never cruised from there before and are unfamiliar with the area. Can someone please let me know the best way to get from LAX to the hotel? Uber/Lift/taxi or shuttle? Appreciate any info and thanks.

I had an old booking with those same terms but when I canceled it they hit me with the cancellation fee. The reason I was able to get my deposit back after they said no was because I did a charge back with my cc and won the case.
On my upcoming cruise this April I also had the 120 days on my confirmation but after doing a web check in to update some info and received the new confirmation, the terms were changed to the new ones. -

Hope this clarifies non refundable deposit. YC is now non-refundable no matter how many days prior. I was able to charge back with my cc for a canceled cruise even though I made a deposit over a year ago because I could prove at the time of booking it was only non refundable less than 119 days and I canceled at 146 days.
Now it seems it’s all depending on number of cruise nights that will determine how many days prior to you will have to cancel for non YC. It’s on the chart below.

I was on a Canada/NE sailing Oct 2019. Loved it so much that I booked the same sailing/cabin for Oct 2020. Although I live right by the pier in Manhattan, a trip to Red Hook is better than a trip to Miami!
Can't wait............
My sentiments exactly as I hate to fly and one of the reasons we did NCL.

The Meraviglia was in NY Oct 2019 for 5 cruises and the one we were on was sold out early. I booked it April 2018 for Oct 2019. They did Canada and New England a few times, then a 13 night repo to Miami. We need it in NYC as NCL out-priced their Haven for us and we love the Yacht Club. So excited to have them back even though it’s in Red Hook and not Pier 88 in Manhattan.

We are New Yorkers and sailed on the 10 nighter MSC Meraviglia to Canada when she was here for the first time back in October 2019. Price for YC then was around $5000. We were thrilled to have another line other than NCL who have priced out their Haven. Unfortunately they only did 4 sailings if I remember correctly and the last was a repo to Miami. Glad they’re back and hope prices go down.

Hank, we just booked Canada/Greenland on the CP for 8/14/23 but also have a booking on her 01/2023. If you don’t mind answering, when were you on the Greenland cruise? You didn’t mention it so hoping things might have changed.

We had the same problem a few days ago and just for the heck of it I hit the ‘Find’ next to my zip code and voila! fixed. I was even able to get my edocs and boarding passes and our cruise isn’t until the end of April.

I will send the impression you could bring anyone into your yacht club cabin just not into the yacht club area or for the experience. Am I wrong?
That’s what we were told on our last cruise.
