  1. Glad to hear that is no longer an issue.
  2. Mine did too. But we did tender at Harvest Caye. lol
  3. On your confirmation email, if you look at the page in the attachment where the itinerary is listed, it should say tender or dock. But that is subject to change based on availability at the dock. But if it says tender, it likely is strictly a tender port.
  4. @ninjacat123 They attempted to get me on another flight but there was no availability to make it on time. Flights had been cancelled over the previous 2 days so any vacancies were filled by those people. But they were able to book me to meet the 2nd leg of the B2B and I wasn't charged any additional fees. The new ticket was nearly $200 more than what I paid. So even though Philly has enough direct flights to Miami or FLL to have multiple backups in theory, I now fly in a day ahead.
  5. I have created a separate post with the Freestyle Dailies for this sailing.
  6. As the title says, these are the dailies from my 7-day cruise out of Miami to Roatan, Harvest Caye, Costa Maya, and Cozumel. prima day 1.pdf Prima day 2.pdf Prima Day 3.pdf Prima day 4.pdf Prima day 5.pdf Prima Day 6.pdf Prima Day 7.pdf
  7. You have to book your cruise first. Then you can check flights and prices available to fly2fun. You actually select your flights and the prices vary accordingly. You can use this to compare to booking directly with the airline yourself. A benefit for me is that with the flexible fare, my airfare is rolled into the price of the cruise making the payment due on the final payment date instead of immediately. Fly2Fun also automatically includes protection.on your flight portion. That came in handy when my flight was cancelled 2 hours before takeoff.
  8. I also reported the Prima. Although I was eventually served them in the Vibe (only when the bartenders made them for the entire bar) , I was initially told no and I don’t know what the situation was at the other bars on that ship.
  9. 1. I didn’t use the spa but some people I knew did. They really enjoyed it. The only thing was that the jets weren’t installed for our sailing 2. I don’t think they feel claustrophobic. But they are far from spacious. I think they are fine for 1 person. 3. I ate with people I met on board and I sometimes ate dinner with other solo travelers. But in general, when I dine alone, I’m seated at a 2 top. I’ve never just been sat at a table with other people or even asked if I wanted to.
  10. They were amazing. I understand now the people who only sail on the ships they are working in the Vibe!
  11. I’m only listing the shows that require reservations. day 2 - Donna Summer 6:30 and 9:30, comedy 7:00 and 9:00 day 3 - price is Right 7:00 and 9:30, comedy 8:00 and 10:30 day 4 - Noise Boys 7:00 and 9:00 day 5 - noise boys 7:00 and 9:00, comedy 8:00 and 10:00 day 7- Donna summer 6:30 and 9:30, comedy 8:00 and 10:00
  12. That would make sense to me except that I could get a full sized cocktail of the same drink. Just not as a shot. I don't claim to know the reasoning behind it, only sharing my experiences as data points in the conversation.
  13. I thought my experiences would have somewhat corroborated what you said. 🤷🏾‍♀️. I get that people have had different experiences. I even had different experiences. But I know for a fact that I was told on 2 different ships by experienced bartenders that they can’t make shot cocktails.
  14. But I was told the same thing by bartenders who weren’t rookies, also on ships that were not old. So something was going on. What it was? Is it continuing? That’s the mystery.
  15. I got grand Marnier floaters in almost all of my frozen drinks on my Prima cruise. I didn’t have the Plus package. I don’t know where floaters fall within the amount of liquor category. Would that have made a difference? is it like just a dab or something so it doesn’t really count?
  16. Thank you to whoever mentioned Duck Farts. That looks delicious.
  17. Yeah. We were on the same cruise. I never tried to get any shot cocktails elsewhere after being told they couldn't make them. I agree that there are definite inconsistencies in practice regardless of what corporate or anyone else says the policy is or isn't. Maybe it was an idea or an unofficial thing "email" that got passed along? But I find it hard to believe that different bartenders on different ships are just out and out wrong or mistaken or making excuses. I also find it hard to believe that the Vibe bartenders would just outright violate instructions knowing the scrutiny that they were under during the sailing (I saw them be reprimanded for people having drinks by the hot tub) and also knowing that everyone would be posting the pics of the shots on social media afterwards if not during. My guess is that exceptions can be and are made by the powers that be. Hence the change in shot policy by day 2. Now what and who those exceptions are for? I don't know. I can say that I was very happy to be able to experience shot o'clock in the Vibe though. It was one of the most memorable experiences that I had.
  18. I don't know. The people in the cruise terminal said Guest services. There were some people who had purchased Vibe passes but their room key didn't say Vibe on it like mine and they were referred to guest services. No one that I met in Vibe purchased theirs onboard. People I chatted with that had asked about purchasing them once onboard were told they were sold out. I didn't ask where they went.
  19. Someone that sailed on this sailing said around 3500
  20. I also stated in my first reply here (post 173) that on 2 separate cruises I was told they could not do shot cocktails.
  21. The bartenders at the pool bar on the Breakaway cruise I took over Halloween were not new and they told me they were not allowed to make shot cocktails. Did "they" just refer to that specific bar or ship? I don't know. I was told the same thing initially by the Vibe bartenders on the Prima over Thanksgiving. They definitely are not new bartenders. Eventually, we did get our shot o'clock shots. I don't recall anyone asking for shot cocktails individually though from them.
  22. I had an aft wrap balcony cabin on the Conquest and was lying in my bed shortly after we were given cabin access when I saw a head from the aft balcony next door peeking around the divider, seemingly looking directly into the balcony door of my cabin. I have no idea if they could see me or not, I'm sure if it was nighttime and I had my lights on they would be able to, but I ended up keeping the door drapes closed for the entire rest of the cruise.
  23. @travelrevealed My suggestion, and what I have done myself, is join roll calls for the NCL sailings that visit the port you're interested in. There will often be several postings regarding excursions offered by the cruisline and private excursions that people have signed up for. I am also sailing on NCL to Greenland, Norway, Iceland in August of next year.
