  1. Circuit overload. Everybody and their brother trying to check in all at once. SMH. We do like you do finals.....check in when we wake up in the morning. Much less stress. And at our ages, low stress is a priority in life.
  2. IIRC, Carnival did away with table cloths in the MDR back in 2019.
  3. The Steakhouse, and the Red Frog Brewery on the Vista. That was my favorite go to place. It seemed I always ended up there.
  4. Absolutely! We did. Paid for excursions, specialty dining, prepaid gratuities, drinks on the ship, Fun Shop items......in other words, EVERYTHING on board the ship you can purchase. It just goes to your Sail & Sign card onboard account.
  5. Well, you really did it. OUTSTANDING review! I loved every post. Thanks so much for doing this. And I look forward to you next live review. 👍 👍
  6. VIFP = Very Important Fun Person. A VIFP # is assigned to you when you register with Carnival.com
  7. You've got a knack for the written word "214" Maybe something to consider in your next life.
  8. A general rule of thumb, lower decks(2 or 3) midship, lessens the perceived rolling. Just my opinion.
  9. Loving your short comments/commentary. Are you an experienced journalist? What ever you are, keep it up! You could write for a travel magazine! 👍
  10. Good point. Especially if doing it for someone else.
  11. Kohl's.... of all places! Thanks. I'll be sure & tell my wife! My wife can relate!
  12. Yes they will, and they can. And on our cruise last August, we were sat next to a '4 top' with on about 4" of separation between the adjoining tables. But it didn't bother us in the least. We enjoy getting to know who's around us. And they were around us for the entire 7 day cruise. To add: we had no travelling companions cruising with us.
  13. I haven't tried looking, but did you happen to see the ports of call? TIA.
  14. I agree. If it specifically states "you and a companion", then it's for 2. If it DOES NOT state "you and a companion" in that specific language, then you can safely assume, it is only offered to you....not your companion.
  15. Loving this so far! Good pics! Keep up the good work! The flowers were a nice touch too. 👍
