  1. No. But it is still a pizza that has to be cooked and then delivered. Wasn't blown away by the pizza from Alfredo's last year.
  2. This is all so badly thought out. Can't eat in Alfredo's for free but can order a free pizza on the app and have it delivered to me anywhere on the ship! Surely it would be cheaper/easier to serve me in Alfredo's?
  3. No it's 3 courses, no choice. Menu's on other thread
  4. Princess hasn't notified their direct booking passengers yet but then they've still not notified us yet about changes to Military and Shareholders benefits. Although I have a plus package, according to the app, I don't and according to the cruise personaliser, it doesn't include the latest changes.
  5. I'm still amazed that they are marketing as added value. On our 24 night cruise, it would cost us over $700 more just to eat in Alfredo's once every day, maybe for lunch. Double that if we wanted to eat there twice a day. I don't call that added value by any stretch. I don't eat in Alfredo's every day but, equally, I had the choice.
  6. I for one have contacted Princess to express my dissatisfaction, both by telephone and by email to UK and USA offices. I also suggested that they look at this thread to see the depth of feeling for the changes
  7. I have reported to Advertising Standards Authority for misleading advertising since they claim that Ocean Now delivery and room service is New.
  8. I have yet to see a benefit as a Plus package person cruising on Sky Princess.
  9. 24 days cruise yet only 2 x fixed prix option, same as a 5 day cruise! The website states that certain elements are free, such as room service and Ocean now delivery so if thta's what people have believed when theey booked, how can they change it?
  10. Will they grandfather it, after all when we booked we were able to use Alfredo's as much as we wanted, always assuming that it is no longer going to have any free options. No room in Vines to enjoy a glass of wine if people are using it as a restaurant.
  11. Cunard is pleased to offer a special military personnel onboard credit programme. This programme is available to active military, retired military and disabled military veterans with proper identification in the following service divisions: United States Army, Navy, Air Force, Marines, Coast Guard, National Guard or Reserves, Canadian National Defence, United Kingdom Military Personnel, Royal Australian Navy, Army, Air Force, and Royal New Zealand Navy, Army or Air Force.
  12. Interestingly enough, Cunard Military OBC is not refundable.
  13. In the UK Princess won't process it outside of the 90 days.
  14. That file won't open but if it's the Carnival Corporation & plc shareholders benefit request form, that one states at the bottom that shre certificates and brokerage statements should be dated no more than 3 months prior to cruise date. The one I'm refering to is page 3 of the Carnival Corp annual report where it details what has been agreed as shareholders benefits.
  15. How odd the benefits statement says 'The benefit is applicable on sailings through July 31, 2024' so those processing it in the USA seem to be ignoring that little fact.
  16. How have you got SOBC agree already for cruises into 2025? That's beyond the date in the last shareholders benefit release.
  17. Princess currently offer 10% off if you have a Blue light or Defence Discount card in the UK. That came in earlier this year and runs until the end of the year. Same as Fred Olsen and Royal Caribbean
  18. In the UK, so maybe different over here. Friends have just been able to do what I said can be done. No I'll informed staff involved
  19. Maybe it's a USA v UK difference as friends have just done what I mentioned following my advice.
