    Just heard of Tsunami warnings in the area of Indonesia due to a 7.6 magnitude quake. I hope you guys are far enough away from this that it does not affect you. Stay safe and really enjoying your travels!

    Is there a bar on board that dispenses sodas via a machine? Like when I go to an establishment to eat, I order one Coke Zero and the refills come free of charge. Any info on this is greatly appreciated. Thank you

    That sickening smell is probably a drain trap that does not have water in it(due to the ships movement) or a drain that does not have a drain trap installed. This smell would be almost a sewer like smell though and not a musty smell.

    Can a person bring on more than a 12 pack of soda at embarkation? Can same person bring on more than a 12 pack of soda at a port stop? If someone knows, please tell. Thank you

    I no longer drink but one of the better Pinots in Oregon is Rex Hill Newberg,OR. I used to live 4 miles from this winery. If you can get it, I highly recommend it.

    Deck 7 also puts you closer to the water which was nice. I would bring your own Binoculars though as the ones that came with the room were lousy.

    Was in a Sky Suite on Edge Port side Level 7. It was perfect. Very large deck and a wonderful room. Just above the Glass on Eden. We could not here Eden though. There is a video from Harr Travel online with the exact room which was 7309. Only minor complaint was the long walk to almost everything but it was good because we got the extra steps in to help work off the extra calorie intake.

    Columbia makes a lighter weight hat that has a nice wide brim. I prefer it to the Tilley hat as those are too heavy weight for the hotter climates.

    Any Binocular that has 10x50 and above. Bushnell is fine at 10x50.

    We enjoyed 7309 Aft corner Sky Suite on Port side(closest to us in this picture). Deck 7 is closest to the water. Very nice sized balcony. Over hang covered almost 50% of balcony. We definitely got our steps in as most of the Retreat stuff is Forward on the Edge.

    Jim, Theat type of dog sounds like a Foxhound or Harrier. They are great dogs! Enjoy the rest of your cruise!

    Kona car rental through Costco was at the airport(KOA). Its about a 20 minute drive from where you will tender. Not sure about shuttles etc..

    We stayed in 7309 on the Edge last December. It was a Sky Suite on 7th deck. No noise at all could be heard from Eden. The balcony divider could be opened by a Celebrity employee if desired. We were very pleased with our view and location.
