I have been impressed by the care and assistance of staff on recent cruises, even staff with aprons emblazoned with "I am here to help" in the buffet. However, that is on the smaller ships so maybe another thing missing from the big ones.
Anyone know if the late night (10.30) syndicate quiz has been reinstated?. Always been a very popular and fun quiz on other ships (over 60 folk attending most nights last month on Aurora) but was relegated to the afternoon on Britannia last Summer.
Lighting, special effects and drone work spectacular, as usual. Loved the blue whale! Not sure about some of the acts. Worst was Lionel - was he drunk?! Well organised and entertaining though.
Such negativity! I am sure you will get some positive comments soon. I personally like Ventura very much and have been on her several times over the past year. Don't worry.
I have done 12 cruises post covid and not received a questionnaire for any of them. Maybe because I am a regular customer so obviously satisfied (which on the whole I am)!
Apart from first night, only queues for fixed dining are those who turn up before they open the doors. Probably hungry as they haven't eaten since lunchtime!
As I said, suites and Caribbean and above are sat in a separate area and then boarded according to tier level and cabin grade. Depends on how early embarkation commences though. Can vary!
