Thank you for the Daily Fleet Report It's 5 Celcius here. No more going out onto the patio in the mornings for me. My husband loves the cold weather, so he can sit out there and enjoy it. The meal sounds great and so does the wine. I prefer white wines over red.

@puppycanducruise thank you for mentioning that. At least 1 bank in our tiny town is closed today. I'm sure other places are closed as well. I think there is a Pow Wow either today or tomorrow. Our library and museum both have things to get involved in. Unfortunately I don't have an orange t shirt to wear.

The east coast of Canada is dealing with the aftermath of a hurricane for goodness sake!! People have died, power is out, buildings are damaged, trees are down. Even if you do dock, it might not be safe to walk around the port or go on your previously planned excursion. Cancel your trip if you don't want more sea days.

My ex h was soooo paranoid about telling people any of his travel plans. When I found this site, he didn't even want me posting on it. Back in those days my name was slightly different, but my dd uses a combination of numbers for her roller derby name, so my CC name is based on that. On the other hand, my FBook name is my full name since I married my current husband. I don't put any travel info on FBook.

The cruise will still go, with 1 or 2 changes.

Thank you for the Daily Fleet Report. Two former co-workers of mine live in the Maritimes. One on PEI and the other in Nova Scotia. They are both posting on Facebook. Both of them have generators. The guy in Nova Scotia posted yesterday morning that his power was out but the generator worked, so he was fine. A few hours later he posted that power had been restored to the area he lived in. The other guy on PEI also posted how much of the island was without power. He hasn't posted about power being restored yet.

Thank you for the Daily Fleet Report. There is a 5 hour difference between England and Ontario (Eastern time zone.) Thankfully everything will go smoothly with the transition from Queen to King as they are a loving family and no opposition from any other Kings or Queens or Princes the way it was in the Middle Ages. I love the fact that King Charles will travel throughout the United Kingdom over the next week to visit Ireland, Scotland and Wales. Eventually he will most likely travel to Australia and Canada.
