  1. I've tried jpadgett@princess before, but each time I email it, I get an error saying that it was blocked, so I guess he doesn't want to know anything 🤣. Thanks for the other 2 though, I just sent a follow-up to them this morning. Hopefully I'll hear something 🤞
  2. Was looking up prices for a future trip and saw that in the mini-suite amenities, it lists complimentary 24-hour room service. Do you think that they just haven't updated the website yet or will mini-suites be exempt from the $5/order new charge. This is just with princess standard and for a 2025 cruise.
  3. When I was on the Enchanted last summer, they said they didn't do it on that ship. Might've changed since, but when I asked about it, I was told no.
  4. Just wondering if other people have had to wait an incredibly slow time to get a response from the customer relations email too. I sent an email the day we got off the Ruby Princess (7/16) because we never received any of the promised compensation due to the altered itinerary, and sent a separate follow-up email on 7/26, but still haven't gotten any type of response besides the automatic response saying the message was received and it would take longer than usual to get a response. Is anyone else in the same boat waiting this long for a response, or does anyone have any advice on what to do? I'm hesitant to call the 1-800 number because no one ever knows anything in the call centers and I don't want to waste a couple hours of my time on hold to be told they don't know what I'm talking about. Thanks!
  5. Hi, Not really sure where I could find this info, and I couldn't find it when I searched the princess board. I'm going to be on the Ruby Princess in ~1.5 weeks and I wanted to make my own privacy curtain to separate the couch and bed areas. My plan is to buy some magnetic hooks and hang up a shower curtain at night, but I'm not sure how big/long of a shower curtain to get. Does anyone know where I could find out the dimensions so I could hang up a curtain wall-to-wall at night? Thanks!

  7. Hey, Just making this post because my sister saw someone being given the runaround I got from guest services when we were getting off the Emerald Princess on Monday. If anyone wins the free cruise from Princess Prizes and (like me) was given no documentation except for a screenshot from the app and a tax form, these are the email addresses to get info from and make sure you actually get what you won. The princess exec that was named on the letter I had to fight for: kbardin@princesscruises.com the email address I was forwarded to after contacting the princess exec: specialcabinrequests@princesscruises.com I hope that this helps someone because I spent so much time just trying to figure out who to contact and how to get in touch with them after I got off the ship with practically nothing after spending 11 days of the cruise trying to get an answer. Also, if the person from the Emerald Princess sees this, the only other thing I heard was you said “I’ve been on 92 Princess cruises, just give me a number to call, I’ll find someone to complain to” and we’ve been laughing since Monday, so thanks for that
  8. On Emerald rn. There is a single EU plug in the room that one of the night stands are plugged into the wall behind the bed. What I did was just unplug it and plug my converter in because I never use the lamps to begin with. It does involved moving the bed out of the way, but then you have an extra plug to use.
  9. I was on Enchanted in July and Emerald right now, and both times they were closed because the ships are understaffed, which is understandable. The princess website says that the Enchanted, Crown, Emerald, and Ruby Princess have the gastropub onboard (on Crown, Emerald & Ruby it’s supposed to be in the wheelhouse bar). Has anyone recently been on one of these ships where it was open. I’ve really wanted to try the food there but haven’t had the chance. I’m going on Ruby in July, so that’s looking like my next chance to try it out. Just wanted to see if any ship has had enough staff for it yet. Thanks!
  10. We tried it out on the first night on Enchanted back in July, and in our opinion it was really bad. The service was great as always, but the food was just bland to us. Between the three of us, I think the only thing that one of us liked was the salad at the beginning
  11. Was just on the enchanted, and it didn't have anything like this. They're supposed to be super similar so you should be good, but could you elaborate a little more, because I'm going on the Emerald in December, and I think that people said that ship had it. Thanks!
  12. Does anyone know if/what the weight restrictions are for the pullman beds? I didn't see one on the website, but my sibling is worried about it nonetheless because they think that in rough waters someone might come plummeting down on top of someone else. I know it sounds a little dramatic, but I'm just trying to find out. Thanks!
  13. We got the insurance through Princess, and I didn't see anything for a missed port, do you know if their platinum vacation protection covers that?
  14. I was on the Grand on July 6-13 and on the last sea day I think it was in the MDR. I got fish & chips and my partner got curry. I'm 95% sure it said pub lunch on the menu too.
