Poor design if the smoke is so bad! Wife is stage III cancer survivor and I’ll be all over em if our room is smoking. Compromised immune system is not a joke. I hope it’s okay as I’ve often smelt fumes walking on deck upper. Love that spice H20 area for dancing 🕺

Luz is back on Epic new position. Does a great Tina Turner tribute. Sadly I’m not seeing Jeff Hernandez anywhere. Great guy and was a new CD then pandemic hit. Quite a few I’m not sure are still working or moved on. It’s amazing how great a good Cruise Director and activities staff can add so much to your vacation.

Clemson Tigers fans stamp em with a tiger face and tip with $2 ‘s when they travel for Bowl Games! It’s a cool 😎 tradition. I guarantee you will be remembered by bar staff if you bring em. Also if you order em from the bank in large amounts they usually com in sequential order! Be unique!

Can’t wait to beat the wife on ropes course time wise!🤣 Sugarcane mojito bar was a blast on the bliss hopefully a great band will be there soon as we board mid January

Karaoke is great for folks who enjoy that. Not me unless I meet someone performing and then it’s one and done. That’s why we’re doing mostly NCL these days more activities theme parties line dancing Zumba live band in Sugarcane mojitos bar. Recently on a RCL and silent disco karaoke and boring! Same with Celebrity. Love NCL and hopefully the activities keep coming on post Covid!💃🏽🕺

My wife and I had trouble finishing what we enjoyed at Cagneys ! Certainly could not eat anymore and it was excellent tooo! Salad was amazing as was steak and dessert.

Please let us know who’s the cruise director? Also any information on Zumba, line dancing, sugarcane mojito bar dancing, comedians are they funny. We’re onboard mid January and quite a bit of negative reviews. Absolutely love ncl and dancing 💃🏽 🕺

Does the Sugarcane Mojitos Bar have a dance floor area? And live band? We last enjoyed the Magnificent Bliss with a packed dance floor at The Sugarcane and an outstanding band called River something, surely hope they offer the same on Getaway. Like 20,000 steps daily dancing 🕺 and no weight gain on a 14 night cruise in spite of dining and drink package!💃🏽🙏 Now that’s a winner!

Doesn’t it seem a bit like too much karaoke and silent disco onboard RCL these days. I long for the days of live music and dancing opportunities. It’s a very cheap way of saying that there are many activities each night if it’s constantly karaoke, know many love it but pretty boring. Same with silent disco versus a live band or a great dj.

I’m pretty sure it’s first come basis. We always come a day early and use trinity reservation for park sleep cruise. It’s often cheaper than cruise port parking cost and some packages offer a dedicated suv not a huge shuttle. Used it in New York City a few times and Bayonne, NJ and Baltimore, Maryland. Great service.

Easy parking lot right at pier. Drop of luggage and wife park car. Walk back to the terminal. Off ship we took luggage right to car and onto the Turnpike in no time.

Thanks for posting. Was there any good comedians onboard? Any Zumba? Line dancing? Live bands? We love the Bliss pre Covid and our first post Covid cruise was a royal 9 night and kind of boring with karaoke and silent disco. Sure hope our upcoming Getaway is similar to the best cruise ever on the bliss. That’s why we love ncl for the activities.

Recent news reports that state police boarded the breakaway in Boston about an onboard assault by staff members against staff members? Not much else but some issues about delays.

Bermuda might still require registration and $40 per passengers too!

Sail away prices are much cheaper than free drinks packages room! NCL gem we got a great price on 14 nights Carib cruise! My wife’s not much of a drinker and I survived without all the booze! It’s a big change in amount of specialty dinners in packages used to be a lot more on longer cruise. On bliss we had drinks package and enjoyed the mojitos bar for dancing nightly! If you’re not a big drinker on land then book the sail away cheaper room and cruise more! We’re now in loyalty program to the point of 2 specialty dinners and free laundry 🧺 a good goal to achieve

Off ferry just walk up over hill by perfume factory easy peasy! Cabs there if you’re tired 🥱

A couple we met pre cruise hotel never got onboard on may 12 because testing didn’t go through! Our test results were late, thanks cvs so had to do airport test out $250! Tested 3 times prior cruise all negative came home from Bermuda cruise both have Covid-19! Got off ship and packed in van to horseshoe beach wearing masks but nobody else! $40 per passengers multiple by 2,400 passengers equals $96,000.00 for Bermuda! Crew not allowed of ship! Bermuda not so nice!

Recently we all had to register for Bermuda $40 per passengers times 2,400 passengers form online $96,000 for one ship to dock! Only beach open was horseshoe packed us into van elbows touching we’re wearing masks not everyone wearing mask! Nobody checked us about vaccinated cards etc on Bermuda! Money grab and nightmare getting test in! We get home both have Covid-19 on pav medication and recovery.

Absolutely loved transatlantic in fall of 2018! Gaining a extra hour sleep 💤 like every other day. Pick a bigger ship with tons of activity, enjoy. We’re thinking about going soon but Covid-19’s scary and people tested in Europe have been quarantined and miss the ship too! Trip insurance good one needed! Recently got Covid-19 onboard from Bermuda cruise wife’s sick first and now me. Makes me think about consequences in Europe?

Just in Bermuda on rcl adventure. On busy Saturday no ferry! Our ship was 2,400 passengers multiple times $40 each for Bermuda Covid-19 application and they got $96,000.00 from one ship. Not to mention nightmare getting through the Bermuda application. Some don’t make it on ship still waiting for test results in timely fashion!

For what it’s worth just got off RCL adventure came home wife had Covid-19 and now I do! Supposed to have been 150 passengers quarantined onboard according to someone in the know. 9 nights cruise and tons of masks wearing at cruise end. Word spread around quick! Nobody talking about this. We’re both fully vaccinated and double boosted! Wife’s a cancer survivor so she got pax medicine immediately. I’ve got to get it somehow too! Never thought we’d get Covid-19! Very careful….

Recent cruise ship to Bermuda and my wife’s got Covid-19! Last November got tested in Banff for return to Phoenix AZ $200 cost and nobody checked it out in Arizona! Same with Bermuda but each passengers had to test and pay $40 each to Bermuda to get on ship multiple times 2,400 passengers and Bermuda gets $96,000.00 per ship, Money grabbing scheme! Nobody checked out our Covid-19 cards or anything else!

Just to Bermuda in RCL adventure May 14,2022 ferry parked right outside boat but not operating. Only choice a van packed with fellow passengers to horseshoe beach. We wore our masks. Wife Covid-19’s test positive once home. Fully vaccinated and boosted. Cancer survivor missing lymph nodes. On pax Covid-19’s drugs for treatment at home! Just a heads up! especially for immune system compromised. 2,400 passengers multiple times $40 each Bermuda got $96,000.00 dollars from one ship. Brilliant business!Covered in Portuguese man of war stinging jellyfish. Many beaches closed. Nobody checked out our cards anywhere. Used to love Bermuda! Bermuda is a nightmare! The check in process a mess!
