    Our last cruise, they removed the washers and dryers and charge a per bag fee for laundry.

    What is the most expensive bottle of wine anyone has purchased in: 1. a store? 2. a restaurant? 3. a cruise ship? I will start: 1. $50 at Safeway 2. $100 for a birthday dinner 3. $60 since we were desperate for something better

    Is the Sandals crowd only younger couples? We are not sure we will feel welcome as a retired couple.

    There is so much demand right now, all the quality has gone down because they do not need to attract more business or loyalists. We will wait until next year when there are incentives to sail again.

    It seems like cruises are a big fad again and are not affordable!

    My husband and I were wondering if the people in the suites go on the ship organized tours or if they also spend large amounts on taking private tours for excursions???

    It has been a while, but we dined at Dauphin’s Casual Fine-Dining which had some great views.

    We do not have to fight with kids for space for lounges at the pool and all entertainment is for our tastes and not to keep kids happy.

    We gave up as we got older. The weight of wine is too much to carry on in the small suitcases any more!

    Do all cruise lines have different policies? We are starting to look at European cruise lines as we are so used to the classic American styles and policies for everything.

    It is almost scary we are not being asked to get a new shot every 6 months.Almost feels like drug company hype versus a massive wave of sickness.

    Yes, the scooters a big pain sometimes depending on the cruise.

    I will check with my hubby, we had an inside cabin and I think they stored it in their crew work area for him.

    Has anyone done the math to determine how many glasses of wine you need to drink to save money by buying the drink package for an entire cruise? It seems that on many days, unless you stay on the ship and take no tours, you cannot drink enough to save money. Am I insane and getting old?
