  1. I always need help with the ice scream. Yes, scream. I scream when it tips over when I try to serve it myself!
  2. are any of the buffets self service anymore? We are looking forward to the free buffets without restrictions like the real cruises used to be!
  3. He seems to be promoting more of his television show, books, travel company and his trinkets than real experiences others will encounter.
  4. It seems like Rick Steves seems more fake than the real experience people can encounter on European destinations any more. Is he still putting out news shows post COVID?
  5. Despite our 10 years of cruising and retirement, we have never been to Venice. Many people say that they treat America tourists badly in Venice and over charge for everything in restaurants. Is that true?
  6. We like an active crowd as they are more fun versus everyone that goes to sleep at 7! 😉
  7. We are curious on what is the average age on this cruise itinerary?
  8. For three lobsters for an extra $5, my husband and I will be happy to pay!
  9. Should we book now for spring cruises or will the prices go down due to the recession?
  10. Thanks for explaining. I got distracted and was not able to login for a few days.
  11. Which ships actually have pools filled during those cruises?
  12. We just bring our own wet wipes and place them in the trash can and the great cabin stewards empty them twice a day. We have never been "punished".

  14. Thanks for the guidance. This is our first time having to deal with this challenge.
  15. We have found 70% of passengers were English speaking countries and 95% of passengers were fluent in English.
  16. It seems that the whole world has removed the requirement except Asian destinations.
  17. We found it is a more intimate feeling and you get to know all the other passengers well. It is nice sometimes to not have a large crowd everywhere. The negatives are if you get some people that are nasty and you do not like, you will see them right next to you several times a day at meals and briefings. The ship is also very easy to get seasick if it is rough weather.
  18. We have found Carnival is more of a "beer" experience and less of wine enthusiasts, but it has been a few years since we have tried Carinval.
  19. How is the staff? are they as passionate and as good as pre-pandemic days?
  20. Did the COVID virus cause that much lung damage? Sorry to hear that. It seems like we have never recovered 100% from our infection a year ago despite being vaccinated 3 times.
  21. My partner needs one sometimes and I am not sure if we have to pack on the airines and bring on the ship.
