  1. Very interested in library pictures as it was locked our entire cruise. @POA1 hoping you're able to access.
  2. Important days (today and in history) just not sure about Lager day since I don't drink it, but yay for those who do. Not been to the port so I offer sunrise at Port Everglades as seen from my balcony. Prayers and positive thoughts for all.
  3. 7:50am black 1 & 2 are called to go. All Luggage Directs (which included me😪 ) were called a few minutes ago.
  4. 7:15am - first group (self assist) called to disembark. So it's official - we are being kicked off. As "they" say - you don't have to go home, but you can't stay here. I will be going 🏡 😏
  5. So glad you came along. Hawaii 12/21 - 1/6. First time to HI and first solo. Like this cruise, I will not fully be on vacation - will be working most days, so I will give the internet a workout!
  6. Took until the very last morning, but we finally got our own pot of ☕ Island vibe music 🎶 playing in MDR this morning. 3rd day in a row no fresh squeezed OJ. What's up with that?🤔
  7. Thank you! It's been a blast and the ship is gorgeous!! 🎄 I look forward to seeing pictures from you.😊
  8. Good morning, FLL! I count 6 ships, but it's dark so that may not be accurate. Busy, busy day for sure. From my vantage point, I see people going up and down the escalator preparing to process all of us - coming and going. Origami graveyard. And Where's Waldo? Sun is thinking about rising - this is probably the best I can do as we need to go to breakfast then get off here - @POA1 insists on a cabin, lol!
  9. The best spot has been up on 10 aft near Tamarind. There's a space similar to The Retreat w/sofas & chairs, but no charge (and no service); never anyone out there. This is from the inside; it was too windy to get a picture from outside.
  10. Thanks for joining along on the ride. Today's itinerary has more than I can possibly do, especially since packing must be squeezed in.
  11. Welcome aboard! We have quite enjoyed the past 2 weeks on NS and are not ready to leave in the morning. But if you insist on boarding, I guess we will do our part in making room for you, lol! Crew, of course, has been wonderful and issues minimal. The lines at GS have been mostly nonexistent, which I consider a sign of smooth operations. The ship looks really lovely in her Christmas finest 🎄- enjoy your cruise, safe travels! I will happily be following. 😊
  12. Left this out and was too late to edit (and correct a typo) so adding it here to the topic oof lost and found: cabinmate lost her lip balm; I think it rolled off the nightstand under the bed - perhaps she'll find it when she pulls out her suitcase. I haven't found a single duck in 2 weeks on this ship, but "hid" one this morning; I have 3 more to plant before they kick me off here tomorrow morning.
  13. All great days; yes to the meal, drink and wine; important days in history. Nit been to the port, so I offer this morning's sunrise (what was left of it) east of FLL as seen from my balcony. Prayers and positive thoughts for all.
  14. Thanks @cbr663 for sharing! Yes, I am posting the Dailies for the TA I'm currently on, which may be of interest to @Jimbo20000 - hope you'll take a peek.
  15. Ha ha on the quote; pass on the meal. I have been to the port once during a 2017 Med cruise. I don't have pictures, so I offer this morning's sunrise as seen from my balcony. Prayers and positive thoughts for all.
  16. Yes, you can use more than 1 card. And doing as @richwmn suggests of leaving it as cash unless/until your OBC runs low/out works. Currently onboard and have not registered a card. I checked "cash" during online registration and when asked during check in, I confirmed I was using cash. The person reminded me to visit GS and onboard I went. I do this every cruise. If OBC reaches a low level or I know I will be spending more than what's left, at that time, I either give them a card or cash to cover the amount I think I'll need (depending on how I want to handle my account). Only once, when my OBC hit a very low level (under $20), did I receive a call from GS asking me to take care of my account; that was not this cruise - I've learned to pay attention to my balance, lol. You can also switch cards from the one you registered if want want/need to.
  17. I am fully in your camp!! Love a good, crispy yet fluffy skillet fried hashbrown, which in no way resembles what HAL (Carnival & Princess, too btw) serves. Baffles me that talented chefs w/years of training can create so many creative, wonderful dishes yet somehow cannot manage to shred a potato & onion and toss in a skillet with oil 🙄
