From the Latitudes Rewards Entertainment can be pre-booked 26 days prior to sailing for Platinum and above members. For Platinum, Diamond and Sapphire members, dining can be pre-booked 125 days prior to sailing and for Ambassadors, dining can be pre-booked 130 days prior to sailing. Shore excursions can be pre-booked typically 1 year prior to sailing for Platinum and above members. 120 days for those lower to book dining.

The only way is to take another cruise.

@chengkp75 Thanks

@chengkp75 What happens when someone "leaves" during a voyage?
-
@Yg13 Please indicate three things Embarkation Port Debarkation Port Port where passenger left the ship. Then who did the passenger see to get permission to leave early AND what specific information did that person require?
-
I hope that her leaving didn't upset the ship's manifest because if it did, and NCL were heavily fined for having an incorrect manifest, then they will seek recompense from her for the fine.
-
I think that they have them in the buffet; you can always get some and then take them with you to the dining room.

2023 Where are they now? Officers & crew.
Anoynmous Phoenix replied to casofilia's topic in Norwegian Cruise Line
Any help with those officers on the Spirit at present please? -
"dinner with the officers," pending availability and as long as there are no scheduling conflicts. that dinner, however, is often in the MDR and not a specialty restaurant We have done "Dining with Officers" many times and we cannot remember one in a Specialty Restaurant. The only benefit is great company, never had a dud officer (Can't say the same about some pax), The meal is just from the normal menu (Unless the officer is very senior and wants something special! "We have come across that once when salmon was available; not on the menu) and the wine continuous. (Great before everyone had "The Package"!!)
-
If you want the free bottle of wine there are still nominated specialty restaurants (I believe) but the second meal is now available at ALL.
-
If you cancel the package, I assume it is what comes with "Free" at Sea, will you get a decrease in price ABOVE not paying the 20% Gratuity. If I decide not to take the Dining or Drink package from cruise booked through the Sydney office there is no decrease in the fare. I just don't pay the gratuity. Two $15 drinks, especially doubles, easily covers the Gratuity. And I can drink as much or as little each day.

Pearl & Greek Isles w / tendering
Anoynmous Phoenix replied to TjayM's topic in Norwegian Cruise Line
Personally I would not like 5 tender port in 9 days BUT the only good thing is that it is an early arrival at most with late departures at some. It would depend on the ability to get early tender tickets OR having the ability to get on by latitude position or being in a suite. Another unknown would be the length of tender; I believe that Venice is a LONG tender. Also the number of ships in port; especially in Santorini with the "need" to use the cable-car to the wharf from Fira. There is general advice NOT to use the steps in either direction.. -
Is it possible that you haven't changed your login address to your email address?

Booked Dining Dates and Time but...
Anoynmous Phoenix replied to pete_coach's topic in Norwegian Cruise Line
@pete_coach These days the IT department has upgraded the system and it knows, from your booking number, that you have 3 "free" meals. All you have to pay is the 20% "fee" which is, itself either built into the cruise fare (as in NZ & Australia) or is itemised in the payment list on your Confirmation email. When you go to the restaurant there will be nothing to pay UNLESS you choose an item with an upcharge or exceed the number of items allowed. -
@Indiansgirl To get the maximum number of items in the bag roll tightly don't fold.

Specialty Dining reservation
Anoynmous Phoenix replied to Firstimeafteralongtime's topic in Norwegian Cruise Line
@Firstimeafteralongtime @cruiser2015's statement "The reservation window opens at 12 days prior to departure." should have read 120 days. You must be getting close to that now. -
Specialty Dining reservation
Anoynmous Phoenix replied to Firstimeafteralongtime's topic in Norwegian Cruise Line
@Firstimeafteralongtime 1) As you don't have any Latitudes position as you haven't cruised recently you are not entitled to early booking privileges Entertainment can be pre-booked 26 days prior to sailing for Platinum and above members. 2) As it is an a la carte boking there will be no charges=, when you book your "file" will show the one free meal. -
Hobbiton movie set from Tauranga
Anoynmous Phoenix replied to Esilef's topic in Australia & New Zealand Cruisers
@Esilef If you are hiring a car and intend to go to Rotorua via the Toll Road check with the hire company how you have to pay the toll. I got caught out in Vancouver a while ago. -
More than one side or appetizer
Anoynmous Phoenix replied to excited balcony's topic in Norwegian Cruise Line
I suggest that you talk with your waiter about what you would like to order. If it is acceptable on the ship you are on you will get it. If not either the waiter or an assistant Maître d' will explain why not. OR the assistant Maître d' will overrule the waiter and let you have it. We often will forego dessert for an extra appetizer or Soup/salad -
The actual statement about pre-boarding bookings based on Latitude members levels are as follows 8 Entertainment can be pre-booked 26 days prior to sailing for Platinum and above members.

On Embarkation Day there is usually a desk somewhere that is doing booking; often in the Chinese Restaurant -

I think that this is a "He Says; I Say" situation. The only possible way out of it is by comparing the Confirmation Emails you received when initially booking and after the upgrade. Compare the two portions on the two documents:- 1) The Promo Codes like AND 2) The Add Ons like Then and only then will you be able to see what the changes were. Then use them to "discuss" the problem.
