    I second that you should look into Global Entry...for the extra $20, it is WELL worth it.  Skip all the lines coming back into the country.  It may even help with your Alaskan trip if you go through Canada.  Very easy process.  It was the best $100 we ever spent.  In fact, we just renewed it last year.  The Global Entry is goof for 5 years.  And, our AMEX reimbursed us for it.

    The market in that area is “dead”, to quote the realtor. And there are 131 listed in that community. We will find something else if this one suddenly sells. 

    Would you mind disclosing the community you are looking at?  My parents live over in Bradenton, in a development.  Eagle Trace.  Is it the same one?

    Another GREAT job, Willdra!!!   Thank you for your time, energy and your sense of humor!  I will say a prayer tonight thanking God for your writing ability, and that you and W get to cruise twice as much this year...maybe even 3 times as much!!  Speaking of which, when do "we" cruise again??  Oh, and add me to the list of people who will buy/read/recommend any book you write!
