Usually these videos are filmed on a Sunday morning when traffic is generally less. The police that you saw in the background were there to make certain that np cars get through the official road blocks further down the street. They would have also gotten whatever permits are needed from the local municipalities. I too recognized a lot of the background, especially the Princess Terminal from back in the day when we cruised with them. I also recognized the drag racing ElCamino, which is named Mullet. That car is owned by a YouTube "star" from the Tampa Area name Cleetus McFarland. He has made a career from racing/automotive life on YouTube with over 3 million followers. He has had so much success he purchased an abandoned race track, called the Freedom Factory, in the Tampa area and hosts numerous events annually. He also holds similar events across the country through the year. He is also know for his love of drag racing across, to which he competes at the country. A perfect cameo as Travis has also taken part in events at the Freedom Factory.

LOL, going from memory, but let’s see how good mine is.

I have never seen these two sculptures, or certainly I don’t remember them. If my memory serves me correct these semicircles glow at night, with lights in them. That is going from memory from other Oasis Class ships.

Just a guess but maybe the cruisers who live in Texas do not worship the sun like those from Florida? Maybe those from Texas can chime in.

It sounds as the ship in this case was more like a bus/train than the normal experience. It really just gets you from A to B, with little flair. I guess a true floating hotel, like motel six.

At Chops if you ask for an extra entree they will charge you. You can have multiple apps, sides and desserts but no second main item. We had a table mate ask for one years ago, and they could for a nominal charge. It I remember it was $10 for another filet . They booked in advance of sailing and didn’t have any dining package. At Jamie’s and Giovanni’s we have never seen anyone denied extra servings of pasta for sharing or up-charged. People share pasta, they don’t share a ribeye.

Yes. I agree. It was worse coming home. Owen filmed this clip. There was moments you couldn’t see to the end of the hood. Thankfully the worst part was only the last few minutes on our empty road. We did drive past someone pulled over. IMG_1903.MOV
