Judge dismisses lawsuit brought against RCCL
A&L_Ont replied to jamon's topic in Royal Caribbean International
You said what I didnβt type earlier. If I remember correctly the mom is a district attorney and the dad is a law enforcement officer. Some might say those professions are pillars of the community, but in this situation I beg to differ. -

I read about it as well. π€ -
So what do you do after a weekend of ball, you play more ball. Last night we played at a local diamond where the turf was from where the Toronto Blue Jays play. The turf they had played on. Somehow we pulled out another win, even with 4 players not available to pitch. Each bull pen is the same. Owen and one of his coaches. Really nice dugouts. Bleachers a bit before first pitch. Post game chat. Owen wanted to be filmed so Lisa obliged. He got another triple, with it rolling to the fence. IMG_8951.mov

This happened last weekend. 5 games and tourney champs. They all played great. The second largest hit was by Owen with a triple to the fence. That was until his teammate, right after, hit a home run. First ever for our team. One of the dadβs said if Owen had hit a bit more right he might have had one too. Would have been cool but itβs a group effort. Edit to add, only wood bats at this age. cm-chat-media-video-1:0296a85e-b63b-47ac-b249-9b5fe7bc79eb:8790:0:0.mov

In a panic, missed final payment
A&L_Ont replied to tomahawk246's topic in Royal Caribbean International
Being British would you have to sue them in Miami or do you have special laws that allow you to sue them in your home country? It was my understanding all suits against RC would have to be filed in Miami. You'd probably spend more on legal fees than your refund is worth. -
In a panic, missed final payment

I can see that people can get busy as well. Our household is always going one way or another, between work, school and sports activities. That said we have three notices on our electronic calendar reminding us to pay our cruise. They are two weeks before it is due, one week and then the day before. We also have it on our paper calendar. Over and above that we have a post it note inside our cruise folder saying what day it is due. With this system we have yet to miss a payment. I'm happy that it worked out for the OP, and hopefully others reading this thread have double checked when they have payments coming up. -
Just read the review. I feel for the guests on that sailing.

Your take is my take.

Great eye, but as a Vancouver fan you should recognize him immediately. I heard his voice and knew he was behind me. Itβs so recognizable, at least to me. At the 7th inning stretch I acted calm and cool and introduced myself to him. I shook his hand and and said how nice it was to meet him. Seemed like a decent guy, and you could hear him talking about the plays. After the game I found out that he has season tickets but we have yet to see him at a game. Iβve gotten to chat with Nona a couple times. You might know her as Home Plate Lady. She doesnβt flinch. There is also a familiar person who sits behind home plate a few rows over. See if you can find Geddy Lee, from Rush. Long hair and hat are two clues.
