  1. Please RCCL - keep it simple

The new website is horrible - I would jump on RCCL about 3-4 times per week and look for cruises with our AFT/hump cabins available - can't do that anymore...

It's very frustrating to have to go through all the steps and still not be able to see rooms available - That's half the fun - picking our room :)

PLEASE HEAR US - make it user friendly

    I totally agree with this!!

RCCL, I hate your new website!!!

  2. We stayed at the Embassy Suites in NOLA in January for two nights before our cruise. We got a great rate on Priceline for it. We loved the complimentary breakfast and the manager's cocktail reception. (We also loved Lucy's retired surfer's bar a block away!) The hotel is close to the port and it's within walking distance to the French quarter. I would recommend the ES and would stay there again.

  3. We just got off a B2B on the Serenade and had cabin 8594 on the center of the hump. We love this location as it is close to the elevators and you are not bothered by the noise in the Centrum at night because of the wall that separates the cabins and the Centrum. It's also a great location because you can see forward and aft from your balcony and there are no obstructions from the lifeboats below you, so you can see right to the water. I always book a mid ship cabin as I am prone to seasickness.

  4. We always fly in at least two days early. We get to spend time sightseeing in the port city and we don't have to worry about flying in the day of the cruise, being delayed and possibly missing the ship. In all of our cruises, we have only flown in the day of the cruise one time. It was my first cruise, I had won it through my employer and I didn't make any of the arrangements for the trip. It was all done for us.
