  1. Awesome, thanks so much! Very excited. Taking a first time cruiser so hoping there is enough variety.
  2. Hello, we will he on Symphony on 3 weeks. Would love to get your thoughts on the new menu. Any chance you can post some pics of what it actually looks like. Sorry if that is asking a lot. We are not really concerned about the lobster. Mainly interested in daily menu options in terms of variety. Thanks!
  3. Thank you so much for sharing this file. Do you know the date when these events are slated to begin? We will be on Symphony Dec 10. Thx
  4. Another post with the same question. I dont say that to be ugly. Just wondering if there is a way to give users easy access to something that already has the answer posted so the can read it and get the gist of the response. (Versus the whole rebate being posted again and again - it's getting up there with the tipping debates, lol). This question is on here from eatliet this week with multiple replies and each week before. Bit, I'm not sure if folks read pinned discussions or many prior postings. Just wondering how to make info easier to access for users and reduce multiple threads with the same back and forth. Happy cruising all. 🙋‍♀️🌞🏝🤗
  5. Any other reports of Quest on other ships? Specifically checking for Symphony. I will check in Roll Calls as well. Anyone read anything on that big social media site about Quest? I'm not desiring to participate. I am taking a first time cruiser on Symphony in a few weeks and it would be interesting to watch it for a few minutes and see their reaction, lol.
  6. I love having my decorations up for the entire sailing. Helps the cabin feel festive and I'm in birthday mode all sailing. Woohoo! For the cake, I'm usually asked when I want to receive it.
  7. Quick question. It's interesting that your sailing will stop in Charleston. Which sailing are you on? Also, Charleston is a great location to visit while you're there. How long is the port stop? There's plenty to do to visit with your friend.
  8. Thank you so much. This information is very helpful. I was able to look at the locations on the deck plans. I appreciate your reply. Deck 12 is a bit interesting with the cabin numbers and the layout. It's harder to figure out which of those cabins are new. Thanks
  9. Thanks. Do you by chance know any cabin numbers for when they start on the front? Like from 11555 forward on both sides or something like that? Thanks
  10. Hello All, A few months ago I saw in a video that when Freedom was amplified, some balcony rooms were added or refurbished or something like that. And it was recommended to try to book one of those rooms since they are newer. Sounds good to me. But, the problem is that the location or room numbers of these great cabins were not revealed and I cant find the original video. I've watched tons of videos since then. Does anyone know about this? Any idea which cabin numbers these new OV balconies have? Again, this was a few months ago, so I'm a bit fuzzy on details and this is all the info I recall. Thanks!

  12. Great review. Sorry to hear about the uninvited and unwanted touching. I've sailed solo as a woman many times without any issues like this. But, mostly 7 day sailings. I've heard that shorter cruises do have a different vibe. It's great that you had a good time other than that. Congrats on making Diamond! (Oh, that breakfast looked interesting, lol)
  13. Ok. We are not going to be too stressed about a few minutes different. We are going on a cruise! We don't get bent out of shape about little things like that! Woohoo cruising! 🛳🏝🌞🤗 Just four weeks to go!
  14. Ok. Well for now, I'm going with what is reserved for me. I will check it out Day 1 at the dining room like I usually do. No worries. Doesn't seem to be a problem for now.
  15. Oh, that's interesting. My traditional early dining was scheduled by calling Royal. The time appears on my docs and in the app. Should I assume that the time listed will not be accurate when I cruise next month? If so, who should I contact to get an accurate dinner reservation? Thanks
  16. For somewhat more accurate information for your specific cruise, it's probably better to contact Royal to ask or ask your TA to ask for times for your cruise. Responses here will he all over the place since the times on ships is all over the place 😉
  17. It's interesting how frequently this question is asked these days here on these boards. I guess it's more people starting to cruise again. Seems useless to be given a time if folks just keep showing up to check in whenever they want. Oh well. That's not much different than many other things and situations in life I guess.
  18. Also, how about reading in Central Park. When on the Symphony, I've seen several people select quiet spots in there to read. I understand Wonder might be a little different in the park, but might be worth checking it out as an option
  19. Just to clarify, the announcement from Carnival about the $5 charge after the first 2 entrees, is not limited just to lobster. Once folks get to entree #3, its $5 per additional entree. The question some folks had in response to the I initial announcement was whether or not that would be the same price for lobster or if it would be higher.
  20. Oh, I've seen many people order 2 or 3 entrees. I wonder where all that food fits. That's just the entrees.
  21. Hi there, I'm on Symphony next month as well. Im so looking forward to it. Congrats on getting the shows reserved. I'm not sure if you've seen it, but there is an active thread on here about the show reservations having a soft re-open for certain ships starting in December. I would link it here so you can read through it, but I cant link it. If you want to check it out, it's just a few pages back. There is a lot of chatter in that thread. It was posted the day Royal opened the advance reservations. So far I have everything reserved except one thing. Which date are you sailing? Hope your planning is going well. 🙋‍♀️🛳🏝⏰🌞
