Some complimented without knowing. During HS grad a lady sitting in front of my mom pointed down at me and said, her hair is beautiful! Mom said she just smiled. 😆 I remember some of the girls at school asking how I take care of my hair. they thought I was using some special shampoo. Prell shampoo and then later I would drop my head, brush and blow-dry it from underneath and then toss my head back! I remember this time of year I had a couple times when I washed my hair before school and didn't get it all the way dry. It would start to freeze while walking to school.

I was hoping the camera had a mp4 mode but as far as I can see just .mov. I am not having any luck finding a solution to make it easy to convert. I am sure that you have noticed that there are several posting negative things about Icon already and none have been on it! I am sure once our thread is started there will be some that will try to stir the pot. It's best to just try to ignore them on the review. if they get too bad I am sure some of our CC friends will step in. I am seeing several that are getting excited to see a review of the Icon. Do you have plans what day you will start it?

Samsung comes with a good editor. It works on both pics and videos. If I adjust a .mov video even just a little bit It will save a copy to .mp4. I have used online sites to convert before but that would be tough to do while at sea.

I don't know what kind of computer you have. I was guessing macbook pro. I have only been using a macbook pro for less than a year so I have not learned it all yet. I edit my videos to mp4 on my phone. You can probably Google and find out what editor you have.

Hard to find "deals" like they were after the start up. We used to book our on. Now we find our best deals from "the" TA. Group rates and OBC. He can check out a time period or a particular departure port. In the past year or so using a TA has been the best option. Easy and less expensive.

I may of shared these last summer. We spent time in Lakeside Ohio. The kids hired a photographer. For Christmas they gifted us with an enlargement of this pic Then they gifted us this pic on a one inch canvas.

We were just watching Murder She Wrote. Most of the show took place on a plane. All the guys had suits on and ladies in dresses. A few were smoking. Different days. I was thinking this must be from late 60's or 70s. The series was from 1984 to 1996. Surprised me.

I want to share more love being shown. A couple of months ago a new neighbor moved in. She is a long time friend with Kenzie's mom. It's been snowing and with our steep peppled concrete driveway we were snowed in. Our ring started indicating someone was here. Looked out and our neighbor was clearing a path for us! What a sweetheart!

You can see the show schedule/times and all the other activities/times on the RC app. On the app you can look at all ships and all sailing. After you turn the app on click the top middle emblem that looks like a schedule or calendar. Then look at the bottom of the page and click "change ship/dates" . Once that page loads scroll to the bottom and click "Browse our ships". There you can pick Icon, January 27th. Good luck.

Field goals should be a challenge. Remember the 60's and 70s when almost all games were outside.

I am renting a wheelchair on Icon. After watching videos and checking out deck plans, to me the elevator setup appears it will be better then other ships. There are two main sections of elevators, a group of 10 and a group of 12. You will pick your deck and it will tell you what door to go to. I can see where the 1st day could be challenging the 1st few hours but it's like that on all ships. Also disembarking. Speaking of getting around on a scooter or wheelchair, it looks like Hideaway Beach on Coco Cay is a no go. I watched the video of the Icon crew going there. I didn't see anywhere you could ride without getting stuck in sand. I am guessing it was so loud and crowded because it was a crew party. If the environment was always like that I don't see many of us here wanting to go.

You got me thinking about what we will do when we are on then I just remembered we are usually on deck 8 but will be on deck 12 this time so probably no need to go up like we usually do. If we were on deck 8 I would first select deck 14, have one of us get off, while another holds the door open, and select the deck we will disembark. I would guess it would turn around. .... maybe

It take awhile to figure out CC posting. It was a big challenge for me my 1st review. I remember the 1st review I was trying to upload 4k videos and several were having difficulty viewing. I learn how to downgrade them quickly. Let me know if I can help in any way. I am thankful you are willing to start it a week early. Maybe Ken will post some when he does his 3 days before we board.

The space between the pics are perfect. Most enjoy the space because sometimes when people don't space them the pics blend together. The only thing I would additionally do with this post, if I remember, is click at the bottom of the space and delete back to the bottom of the last sentence so there is not so much space at the bottom.
