We will be recording Survivor soon so in awhile I need to remember to stay away until we watch it! We have really enjoyed this season.

We went out to the park Monday evening to check out the lights. Our little angel Kenzie did not want to give up her kettle corn for a pic. Zoom in and check out her cheek. Her DB and DS wanted pics with her. And a family pic! I wish I would of figured this out before we went but after we were home we figured out how to turn on the lights on the chair. Hard to see the front lights but they work great. We were there for almost 2 hours! At the end of the visit this thread entered my mind as I was wondering where a restroom was at! 😆 Luckily our house is only about 10 minutes away! Phew

Hey Mark! Happy to see you decided to do a live! I am sure you will enjoy Symphony. Looking forward to following your journey. We are debating driving to Miami for the Icon cruise but will probably stick to flying. Who knows, this trip might encourage us.

I really enjoyed us doing it together. Even though I really enjoy doing lives It's getting to be more of a challenge for me. I am thankful and looking forward to the Icon live. @cruisinghawg agreed to get one started and others on the roll call will join in. There will be a lot of new stuff to cover.

Is it true that on the average people from Staten Island have lower cholesterol than any one in the state. 😆

I had been getting notifications that a new update was available for a couple weeks and finally updated it yesterday. I just looked and it is still 5.1. So no, not 6.0. I assume I haven’t since I wasn't up to date and I think you get it sooner since you have a newer phone.

Hate that for you but I think it's a wise decision. Sharon has had shoulder surgery. The rehab is very important. I hope all goes well.

After seeing this I had to check things out. She is one of my favorite reviewers and has a great heart. I am hoping that there is just a glitch and things are just being reset. Here are some screen shots of what I found. By looking at her last blog it appears her account is gone. It now says "guest" wrote the blog. When she is quoted her user name still appears.... Usually when you click on a quote it takes you back to the original post. When I clicked this one this is what came up. We can't say exactly why this is all happening. Let's hope all ends well.

We are doing good. I skimmed through your upcoming cruises hoping we crossed paths but not yet. We are not cruising until the end of January on the Inaugural Icon cruise. We were needing a nice, relaxing cruise 😆

Speaking of elves, while we were gone Wednesday evening someone dropped off a bucket of goodies on our porch! The bucket said on the side, You've been effed. I pulled up my Ring to figure out who dropped it off but no video! I rarely turn it off but Sharon was earlier out front putting Christmas lights up and I turned off the Ring and forgot to turn it back on! 😆

I have gotten good at sleeping. So good I can do it with my eyes closed!

Talk about brightening my day, it's like the sun just dropped next to me! Reading this brings tears of joy to my eyes! I am choked up. How in the world can someone who is dealing with what you are going through be so loving and kind to think about me! You are a true blessing! I pray that I am able to hang in there for the Bella 2 cruise. So many I want to meet in person.

I am so thankful for the good news! Also great news that she will be in the clinical trials! During the trials they will take special care of her! The hospital where I see my Neurologist will be starting some clinical trials that I have an outside shot of being in. My Neurologist is keeping an eye out for me.

I posted the above last Sunday. I started to post the following a couple of times but couldn't hit submit. Early the next morning (Monday) she passed away. She was diagnosed with ALS a month after I was in April. Please pray for her family. They have had a hard journey.

@Sea Dog KC was losing 0-14. When I started watching they turned it on! They should have an easy finish this season but if you see them.losing texted me and I will start watching. That was the longest I watched an NFL game this year.

If you go there consider their fertilizer Trifecta+ . It works great. It cost to have it shipped. I just checked out their website and it's on sale!

This year I planted jalapenos from last year's seeds. After awhile I realized that a few of them cross pollinated with bell peppers. Next year I plan to only plant some Orange Kentucky Beef Stake tomatoes from seed. The other seeds I will buy. With it getting hard to work the garden I am changing things up. 2 full beds of garlic which are already planted and will harvest mid June. Instead of 50+ tomato plants there will be maybe 25+. My bed of peppers did great again. The only change I will make there is that I will replace the bell pepper with Jimmy Nardello. People loved the JN. I was surprised how many of the Orange Bell peppers where passed up.

Thanks for posting. I take OB's advice and avoid most other's ALS experience. I am currently on 3 different meds right now and can only assume they are making a difference. I have a close friend's sister that lives close who is in her last days. We know her daughter and she is having a hard time. I am taking it one cruise at a time. Lord willing and the sea don't rise we will be on Icon next.

The week before Sharon's DB and his wife visited for a week. He was kind enough to clear out my garden for me. While he was down there he counted the garlic that has already popped up. 226 were up, 27 to go. Caden counted this week after the rain. 10 more popped up!

Thanks. I'm doing well. It has been a busy but fun week. Wednesday through today we had all 3 DD families here. 7 GKs running around the house was crazy at times but we love it. We sous vide a turkey breast. It was great and all eaten by the end of the day! So busy this week we were just able to find time to watch Survivor tonight!

I think I will wait and see if they have free days. 😉
