We each set up (ahead of time) our account in NAVICA. When we are ready to do our test we don’t scan the test kit….we just log into Emed and they take care of getting us connected to NAVICA. We use our iPhones and just prop them up against some books on the dining room table, which works perfectly…

We got off the Mariner on Sunday the 15th and I tested positive on Tuesday. We drive to the port so no airlines involved. There were people who had planned on doing a B2B but tested positive after the first leg and had to get off when we did..

We were on the ABC cruise the week before and I tested positive two days after arriving home. We drive to the port, so no airline trip involved

we have the results as soon as the session is done…..less than 1 min

*Download the NAVICA app (this can be done ahead of time) *when you are ready to actually take the test log into Emed.com and click on start test. Follow the simple instructions and once the live proctor comes on they will have you hold up your test kit box so they can scan your QR code and then you will hold up your photo ID so they can scan that also *we always do our tests on our iPhones that we just prop up against some books at our dining room table. Absolutely no problem doing it this way *once the test is complete your results will be emailed to you immediately. Print them or have them on your phone to show them at the terminal

We have never called them on the phone…..we always log onto the Emed website and always get a proctor online with us almost immediately.

Wow! We have used these tests 4 times now and never waited more than one minute for a proctor….

Very sad!! It seems with increased capacity I am reading a lot of cases coming off most of the ships. I am not sure where the cruise lines go from here. It’s a slippery slope for sure….

So very sorry!! This is one time I was glad I didn’t do a B2B

I feel like I have a sinus infection with a lot of drainage, some sneezing and fatigue. Nothing earth shattering, just generally feel yucky…. I did a tele-visit with my doctor today and he does not feel I need any meds at this time.

We sailed at 90% capacity. It was a great cruise…..wonderful ports, great ship and crew!!
