  1. It will be interesting to see what they do. I have one coming up in November that goes eastern which I'm sure will be rerouted. It sucks because we chose the higher fare with the additional expense of flying to Miami just because of the itinerary, we normally just drive to Tampa or Mobile if we are going on a western route.

  2. if they know what market news was being shown during the week to find this out. once you have this you can figure out the local team in that market. once you find that out you have to check the schedule for the week you are sailing.

Miami....which has been said several times in this thread. It has.been that way forever and hasn't changed.

  3. 15% is not the standard tip anymore....

Drinks - Prepaid or not, I already tipped 15% so that's more than enough

I had the same thought when I read that post. "I have no idea, but I think those longshoreman might make more than me, so I don't tip them a penny"

.....and actually....the other post that you jumped on with the other poster was in reference to leaving 15%.

  4. The plan has a paragraph that states"Other covered Events"stating, among other things that will be covered.National Oceanic and atmospheric Administration issues,A severe weather Warning or watch en route to,or at,your port of embarkment within 48 hours of your scheduled departure. What do you all think?

It totally depends on the track and if they add FLL to a hurricane watch by Thursday. The storm is likely to still be in the area of Cuba on Saturday so my guess is the timing won't work out unless the track changes to go more north.

  5. It always shows the costs of the restaurant, after you add it to your cart and go to checkout it should show $0 for the reservation. SDP is used on board to cover the costs. You could book for every night of the week, they have no way of knowing which few nights you will choose to use your SDP.

  6. As Saint Greg explained, Carnival gets it feed from Miami so you will get the two games broadcast on their local CBS and FOX networks. The Dolphins and Bucs play at 1pm on FOX so you can pretty much guarantee the Falcons won't be on since they are also on FOX at 1pm. The local teams will be shown as the regional game for Miami area.
