  1. Casino tier cruises ( or earned casino certfiicaes) are for any C&A level. My point was the poster made it seem that the free cruises bring out Pinnacle cruisers only. M
  2. You can call your TA or RCCL ( If you booked directly with them). And you can request any bed configuration once on board. Your attendant will take care of it. I am not aware of an email request for bed configuration. M
  3. I agree. I still do a bit of consulting in my professional industry and while on a recent cruise was unexpectedly asked to sit in on a conference call (not zoom) . It was a sea day morning, and I was available. Called in (WIFI calling), spent just an hour on the phone and made some $$$. A win/win M
  4. I know some like to disconnect when cruising - but we couldn't cruise so often without technology and especially WIFI calling. ( many family/professional obligations to look after, especially on a cruise with lots of sea days) I felt like my world connectivity opened when it was explained to me. M
  5. Something tells that free cruises brings out EVERYBODY, not one particular C&A group. M
  6. This may be the first week that Wonder was allowable for a Pinnacle tier cruise or last years free casino tier cruise. (Just a few weeks prior to deadline). Since we are in spring break time, get ready to hear all the (pinnacle) complaints about families/children. We are booked next week and was surprised to learn the high P count. We’ve been sailing B2B mid March (from PC) since way before Covid and the family packed spring break cruises have had lower P numbers. Obviously mot anymore. m
  7. I’m on B2B (12th and 19th) and luckily no email. I’m hoping that all the notices are already out. Hopefully I’m set for both cruises. Going to another embarkation port is not an option for those who already have airfare/pre cruise (non refundable) hotel , long drive etc. Perhaps an option for those who live in the area. I’ve done lots at GTY cabins but NEVER on Oasis class. Too big snd too many variables. m
  8. Someone decided that deep fried cheese sticks and tomato sauce needed to be added to a deep fried chicken sandwich. No secret at all. Some have since decided that a deep fried funnel cake tipped with sugar needed soft serve ice cream and a second cake to make some sort of ice cream sandwich. Can’t imagine it but the items seem to be popular
  9. I submit the paperwork via an email as soon as I make the booking. This is one of the best departments in the company. Quick to take care of the benefit. They used to send an email that the benefit was applied, now I get a form showing the OBC. M
  10. It seems if it’s only available one day during the cruise, that eligible members in a cabin can likely only use the benefit once rather than once each. The items are so limited of what can go in the bag that we’ve never needed more than one bag at any particular day. But we use two bags during the course of a cruise. m
  11. I've never heard of a W&F day prior to reading it yesterday on CC. We've simply asked for a bag, filled it and left it for the cabin attendant. We often used two during the cruise, even if there were just a few items in the bag. (it is complimentary for us) . We make sure not to send it too close to the end of the cruise. It is so helpful for B2B cruises as long as one understands what can go in the bag and how the clothing is laundered. M
  12. Lots of offerings. Eggs, egg sandwiches, pancakes, French toast, etc. The full menu should be on the app. M
  13. Thanks - It was just an idea that maybe it pertained to the 5-night cruises with fewer days to have laundry done. I guess we'll all see soon enough. M
  14. Do you specifically need the beach bed, or are you referring to a beach lounger. The tram will stop at various beaches with beach loungers fairly close. I recall we had a bit of a walk from the tram stop to the inside of the beach club. If necessary, there are also sand wheel chairs. Good luck M
  15. Thank you BUT I did not write shorter than 5 nights, I wrote the shorter five-night sailings. There is a difference in the two. M
  16. Perhaps the wash and fold restriction in only for the shorter 5 nights sailings? I'll be on Wonder B2B (7N/7N) soon and will see what happens. M
  17. Your money, but for me, absolutely not worth it at that price. In fact, a teen may be bored. Basically, you are paying almost $500 for an upgraded lunch and nice padded chairs and of course the exclusivity of the venue. NON beach club, there are thousands of complementary chairs /umbrellas, several lunch venues with a nice variety of options, a complimentary very large pool and pool party atmosphere. Several complimentary beaches for enjoyment. A sports area that is always active with teens. And there are also some paid activities such as the water park, zip line etc. We did the beach club once and I was not impressed. Luckily it was when it just opened, and it was way cheaper than the current rates. M
  18. We have been cruising since the 1980s and many started cruising well prior. We’ve seen a lot. What happened in 2014 may indeed be considered recent to many. m
  19. I recall it well and was so happy when they allowed passengers to bring wine on board. I cringe when o read of ways to get around the rules as I fully recall the restriction. m
  20. No Free laundry is not provided on short B2B cruises. Had a recent 4/3/4 with no complimentary laundry. m
  21. Thanks for the heads up. We are two in the cabin and are B2B have always been prepared with paperwork of both cruises. M
  22. It is still there! You will not have to miss it. M
