When I had it it was on the kid’s menu in the MDR. It was a regular dessert choice.

So very glad that he liked it! I’ve gotten some crazy looks ordering over the years…..but it’s worth it😉. I think that you can also get an ice cream sandwich made with any of the fresh baked cookies that they have. Haven’t ordered this one in a while, so not completely sure they still have it.

For me the mystery isn’t so much the appearance of the tables outside the doors (the one also had a biohazard bag) but the changes in the names on several doors, eg we didn’t have a neighbor and then we did and now we don’t.  The next cabin from there was blank and now has a name.

I think that Princess has been known to move people due to Covid…..not 100% sure though. My memory isn’t great, and I can’t find the post.

Thanks for the reminder!  I have advised Special Someone that when he doesn’t like the dessert menu but does have room in his belly, he is to ask for a Volcano and see what happens.  Sounds like he is game.

You’ll have to let us know how he likes it, so glad I remembered.

I might be able to help with one of your mysteries. I think I remember reading about the little tables that show up outside of cabins. These have been used for passengers that have tested positive for Covid or possibly some other sickness. 
 

Now for something to try……if you like ice cream, in the MDR order a “Volcano” for dessert. It’s on the kids menu and is basically a very yummy banana split. I have to have it at least once on every cruise. I wish that I had a picture to share……

I absolutely love ABC stores! I have to go in every one that we come across. I know that the merchandise is very much the same in each store. But I just can’t help myself🤗🤭. You can imagine my excitement when I found one in Vegas!!

My DH and I are thinking about going on a Great Lakes cruise with American Queen. We have been looking on YouTube for any video reviews of either of these ships and can’t find anything. If anyone has anything that they would like to share we would appreciate it!

Thanks! The app has been doing some very strange things for me. I know exactly what you are talking about now. I just looked, it is also gone for me. I hope they get it straightened out soon.

I’m on this same cruise and the wellness check is still on the app for me. Just uploaded our vaccination cards today. 

Will be on a cruise in March on the Crown Princess. The ship offered excursions for Pago Pago and Apia are not very impressive. Does anyone have any advice on private tours that you have done on these islands? Looking for something that would show us around the island, we are snorkeling on other islands. Thanks in advance for any help!

Thanks so much for taking the time to do this “live from”. My DH and I will be on the Meraviglia Dec. 4 for 7 days.This is our first MSC cruise and I’ve learned some great tips from you. We status matched from Princess so we will be diamond.

Wondering about internet. On my cruise I will have basic internet included. Does anyone know if you can pay to upgrade so that you can stream also? Will be on the Meraviglia? Also, is it better to do this before you board?

Loved reading your review! One question about internet, we have the “browse” internet on our cruise in December. I think I remember reading somewhere that sites like Netflix are blocked. Do you know if this is the case? If so, is there a way to upgrade the internet? This will be our first MSC cruise. 

Even though I couldn’t see the pictures, thanks so much for the review. After reading all of the compliments about your pictures I was disappointed to have found this review too late to see them. I’m sailing in December for the first time with MSC, looking forward to seeing this ship and the private island.
