The made sofa bed is what we had last week on Meraviglia for our 10 year old. I, too, was worried with all the reviews, @Floridagal2213 . we had a lovely time. We already had a birthday trip with friends for my daughter’s birthday booked on Seaside for July. Just this week, we booked it again in August as a surprise for her. Go into it with an open mind! There were things we liked better about other lines, but equally there were things we liked better about MSC.

Ours was the same way. I called, and middle names were added to our voyagers club and reservation. It was easy peasy.

Thanks for posting! We did a partial transit on another line last month. Like you, we did the ferry to the Pacific. It looks like we transited on the same ferry. 😁 Our day was also LONG! It was 7:30-8 getting back to the ship — the ship departure time was supposed to be 7. We weren’t the last excursion back.

I didn’t realize they had ran out of beer. (Though we had to cut the child off from all of the Coke available.) There was still a ton of water left in the large coolers in the inside or maybe they put more out? We didn’t have any plans back on the ship so didn’t really mind the late night. I can totally see your side though. Lord knows we had all sorts of disruption or changed plans on this trip.

Remember they said 400 person capacity, but we were at 243….hubs and I were discussing. It was crowded enough with us. I couldn’t imagine at capacity!

Airport hell today…but we made it to Fort Lauderdale a little after 6. Our original arrival time was just after noon. it all started with getting a notification last night that our 6:50 flight was delayed to 10:30. Our Charlotte to Fort Lauderdale flight was at 10:15. Charlotte was an absolute nightmare today. Way worse than LAX even imagined being a month ago. Now at the hotel counting down to the shuttle to the port. I’m so excited about this cruise because it was cancelled in 2020, we had to cancel in 2021, and now it’s finally here.

Ha!! I just told my husband that I would ask on board next month if it was the regular Love Boat Dream or that nasty thing we just had on Discovery.

Booked in an inside. Bid on standard balcony (over minimum bid) and premium balcony (minimum bid). Got declined email earlier today on standard balcony and accepted premium balcony email this evening. At one point we were booked in a premium balcony and decided to down grade — they assigned us to the cabin we had previously booked. 😂😂😂

I know. We are already in a balcony. The next balcony up starts at $15. The club class mini starts at $110. Still deciding if I want to bid for the sake of bidding just to try it out.

I just logged in on the agent site and was able to enter my info for our November cruise. All the available bidding options were there. They are set prices when you move the slider. I haven’t gotten any emails.

Just call. All you have to ask is if the sailing has any space for exemptions.

If it is money you paid (cash value) then it should be refunded. The goodwill credit will just expire. We were in the same predicament so booked an extra cruise before year end to use the rest of it.

As long as he has obtained an exemption (depending on age, of course), he should be fine as long as the port allows it. Unvaccinated guests can tour independently now.
