  1. We’re boarding Journey TODAY and just received this message this morning! Sent the form about three weeks ago and had a reply a week later saying our loyalty status and points had been fixed, which they were. I’ve not dared to check since. Fingers crossed for our embarkation later today.
  2. Now that is interesting I’ll make sure to check our AUS travel insurance, thanks for pointing it out.
  3. We have a sterling account in the UK, have had it for years and for a while were paid in sterling. So are busy depleting it, spending on cruises! I have UK and AUS citizenship. I do always stipulate this to our UK TA, just to be sure it is still OK to book with them.
  4. Thanks for the info. We’ve never booked through the US because of all of the above. We do however sometimes book through the UK because we have a TA who usually gives us much better deals than we can get in AUS, plus for the UK we don’t have the currency fluctuations to worry about. Now it seems that we’ll have to supply a UK address instead of AUS which again is no problem. Just need to check the UK versus AUS conditions.

  7. Have they scheduled another port? We board Seabourn in two weeks with a scheduled stop in Haifa so wondering what will happen. PS. Sorry for thread creep.
  8. We sail in one week and still haven’t received it. BUT I did receive an email from AZ yesterday, one week after I’d filled in the help form, advising that our account, loyalty status etc had been amended. It had been and all is correct now.
  9. We haven’t received it either. Maybe it’s only been sent to US pax.
  10. Yay! I just checked our account again and our upcoming cruise is back, along with our correct Discoverer Plus status.
  11. Maybe I’ll try submitting again, which I didn’t want to do and increase their workload but it was a bit odd the way the form seemed to just melt away. Sites internationally are certainly different but I should think the ‘help’ forms would all go to the same place, although I could well be wrong. I’m in Italy at the moment but booked with our UK agent, although our residence is Australia. Confused? 😂
  12. 👿 That is very annoying. I know that several people have said that all was correct when they boarded but I’m one of those people that like to see that all is order before I take off for somewhere. Drives DH crazy!
  13. I just cleared the cache on my iPad, thinking it may update my incorrect loyalty status, now my upcoming cruise (in 10 days) has disappeared!! I’ve filled in the form. When you did that did it just kind of disappear when you clicked to submit it? That is, how are you sure that it actually has been submitted?
  14. Me too. It’s worth looking at deals for countries other than AUS (which usually never seems to have deals as good as some others). Not sure of the regs but I have made significant savings by booking elsewhere. I just checked I was eligible to book with a certain overseas agent.
  15. Ours is still the same. It takes a very long time to download when I click on Manage my Booking and sometimes when exiting I get a message 'do you wanna store booking'. I hope they change that!
  16. Our booking also shows us as 'regular' and we too are Discoverer Plus. They show us as Adventurer, joining in March 2023 when our first AZ cruise was in fact 2005. I hope they've sorted this out before our cruise in just a few weeks' time.
  17. That seems the best solution, I'll let it go for a while. As I said, it seems they are not focusing on correcting existing booking problems but on trying to sell.
  18. I can only see our Res number, names, 'Paid in full'. When I click on to Manage my booking, there's only Guest Names and Guest Type. Apparently our Guest Type is 'Regular'. Whatever that means! Just can't see Loyalty Number or level (we're Discoverer Plus). I'm finding it rather annoying that whatever you click on they try to redirect you to look at/book another cruise, even in My Account. Seems they are focusing on getting new bookings rather than getting Account etc information correctly uploaded.
  19. All is correct in our reservation but I can’t find where loyalty points and status are shown. Can anyone explain? Thanks.

  22. I’ve printed off our boarding passes for our April cruise so am not worrying about anything. I know the ship will be there waiting! If we have to sort out our status once on board it shouldn’t be a problem. But as others are reporting things are all in order when they’ve boarded I’m pretty confident all will be well.
