We are supposed to get some icky storms here in a little bit. I am going to run to the grocery store down the street from my work on my actual lunch hour (in 30 mins) to grab the lettuce and avocado for tonight, and then race to the camper and put Divya (my dog) inside so she isn't out in the nastyness. She has a doghouse and is good about using it when she has to, but I don't want her out in hail and severe winds. If she's in the camper she can comfort the cat, who hates storms, and she will be safe. 

Hope the storms aren't too bad. I like the idea of your dog comforting your cat. 😹

I'm eating leftover chicken Caesar salad and watermelon for lunch. For dinner we're having chicken and flank steak on the BBQ, with baked potatoes, corn and fruit salad. It's rainy and cool here today, but DH says he doesn't mind BBQing. 😀I like BLTs too.

My Tribe I need your prayers 🙏. My Father in Law has been suffering with dementia for 10 years. My Mother in Law has been caring for him on her own. He’s 89 and she’s 86. Yesterday she collapsed, my brother in law found her. Drs found cancer in her bladder. We’re on our way to Vegas now.

We debarked Jade on April 20th. DH and I had a balcony and our son and daughter-in-law had an inside. Their bathroom was like yours and I much preferred it to the balcony one with the shower and toilet behind separate frosted doors with the sink in between. It made the bathroom feel cramped.

@Jamman54 did you ever happen to see Tina at the front desk? She was so sweet to talk with and kept handing us bottles of water when we walked by. She told us how to get to the Carib Brewery, which was so close to the hotel, and we spent a few hours there. 🍻She also packed up a bag with trail mix and granola bars when we checked out. They came on the cruise and back home as we certainly didn't need extra food on our cruise. 😁 We liked the Home2.

@BohJang I can certainly understand why you accepted the offer. Even if it's not what you hoped for, you will be free of the worry and the additional expenses. Besides, cruise planning is much more fun. 😉
