Looks like the Beverage Packages as well as the Experience More Packages have gone up in price.

I did not receive the email; however, I assume one could not also receive their loyalty discount on the ultimate package.

Our Azamazing Evening in Barbados on the November 30 sailing on the Onward has recently changed from a performance in the cricket stadium to an onboard event with 2 show times, 6:30 and 8:30. When the events are brought onboard, how is dinner handled? Will Discoveries be opened for a la carte dining or will buffets be the only option?

Mine shows a coupon with the wrong value…short by $500.

What I was referring to in my original post was upgrading to the ultimate package from the included beverages. In the Insider there was a beverage package promotion…if you bought either the premium or ultimate package for the full cruise before 11:00 pm on the second day, you would receive 2 days free. This was a 14-night transatlantic on Pursuit in November 2018. In April 2019, there was a similar offer on the Journey 12-night transatlantic…this one was for 1 free day. I didn’t take advantage of either offer, but with the Atlas bar, I’m considering upgrading in November.

On our last 2 cruises (Pre-COVID), Azamara was offering one or two free days on the Ultimate Beverage Package if you upgraded on the first day. Has anyone seen any offer like this recently? We are on the Onward in November.

We have this cabin in November on the Onward. Can anyone comment on the couch and/or chair on this ship? My husband will probably spend time in the cabin.

Right after the website transition a few months ago, I was able to see an invoice for my upcoming cruise showing the deposit I made and the balance owed. I booked through a travel agent. Now I can’t see any type of invoice. Is there anyway to find it online or has that been removed?

My husband is getting that same message when he tries to log-in. He has never been able to see our upcoming cruise and shows no loyalty status. On the other hand, my information is correct using my log-in…except no OBC is showing.

Although I’ve tried to be positive, I’m beginning to feel the frustration that many of you have experienced. I can see my upcoming cruise and the balance owed is correct, but when my husband logs into his account, there is no cruise and he has no loyalty points. (We are both Discoverer Plus.) We have submitted multiple forms and received the email yesterday that said everything was fixed…NOT! My biggest frustration is the OBC. We booked near the end of January and had $800 OBC from Azamara. It was $300 plus $500 for the Flash Sale. The $800 clearly shows on the guest copy of the Azamara invoice sent to me from my TA. Until this week, $300 OBC was showing under Add Ons ($150 X 2). Now under Add Ons I see OBC Coupon and $0 showing…all the OBC that I had has disappeared. I wouldn’t be too concerned except for the fact that I’ve read some reports that having an invoice is not enough and that Miami has to verify the OBC in the computer system. My only consolation is that I’m apparently not alone in this and hopefully the data problem will get worked out before we sail.

So, exactly how does the full-voyage benefit work for Discoverer Plus in a regular cabin…not a suite or veranda plus? Do I get 75% off the daily rate?

Does Azamara still offer a special event for Discoverer Plus guests? On our last two cruises it was a lovely breakfast/brunch in Prime C. Just wondering if COVID has altered these activities.

Could you describe this event? It is currently scheduled for our Azamazing Evening on the 12-night Caribbean in December 2023. My husband has some mobility issues and I’m hoping he will be able to attend this event.
