Not I have ever heard of but all Princess ships have self service well equipped laundries on each deck

Thank you I will try Princess first and then if not the c/c people I was hoping someone had the e mail for the CEO so it could at least get to his assistant??

On Majestic recently no self service not even for water in the buffet

As I said we only received 4 and only asked for 4 but were charged for 6 and have shown the screen shot of the credit card invoices so now I need top a/c staff e mails

I have been requesting reimbursement for $200 which was overcharged to my credit card (charging for 6 future cruise letters when we only got an d wanted 4) Several messages telephone calls and visits to the future cruise personnel on later ships have not got this refund so now I need to up the request to the to[p accounts Any assistance please

My husband played with the cricket team for a game locals against cruise and it was fun as they made up their own rules and danced and sang when a hit was made Very sad news

No smoking at all in any Australian cased cruises and I did find a couple of 1c machines that you could bet 12c pe4r5 spin but only 2 machines They seem to have removed or re calibrated all the machines that allow you to bet 5c or 10 c a spin but until you have put money in you cannot always see what the minimum bet is as they have fancy decor on the buttons instead of numbers

Just off both Coral and Princess obeyed the mask rules and did what we were told and of course we washed often and luckily (or by design) we still have never had the dreaded Covid (and also never in 80 cruises got Noro virus either)

No actually when I visited the pursers desk later in the cruise they gave it back to me de-activated of course but I did not have the generic lanyard so I was pleased It had been collected by a waiter and handed in 2 days later

Strangely enough I lost my medallion on a cruise and instead of using the facility to find out where it was so I could retrieve it when I reported it at the pursers desk they issued me with a new one?????????

Having plowed through these pages with their various off shoot subjects I am now pleased that we are down under. I have complained in the past that US gets special treatment, perks and competitions not available to us but having just taken 4 cruises from UK and here we appear to be in two different planets regarding Princess. UK cruise on Sky only staff wore masks but there was no self service at all not even coffee or water in the buffet. No covid outbreak that we were aware of. Coral and Majestic in Australia everyone was tasked to wear masks with 'mask police' travelling with boxes of them in case you had 'forgotten' and washing hands supervised correctly but buffet in both ships had self service. again no covid outbreak that we were aware of. I will hope that this continues on our Majestic cruise next month

I do think that messages to Princess Head office giving these thoughts and mistakes that happened would assist6 in them going back a little towards Traditional dining Please try for all our sakes

Where are you as it rained for 3 days 2 weeks ago when we were in Melbourne and we stayed in dock for 3 nights due to the weather??

They should really be re-hidden after their photo has been taken and posted on Facebook cruising ducks page saying when and what ship- (has been the plan for a few months now)

On my last cruise I brought along and hid 3 ducks with their names and instructions attached At a trivia meeting the 21nd in command said that "people keep giving him ducks and he does not know why he now has about 20" Obviously no one is interested in FB cruising ducks page

Tried that He said it was not part of his job anymore and we HAD TO USE THE DINE LINE
