  1. I understand. Since it's a small area and always busy (especially on sea days) it's easy for the staff (2) to keep it fresh. At least that's my observation. Also get your beer or whatever you're drinking at the bar cart right next to the grill.
  2. Agree. I had to use my phone on our March RC cruise. The stateroom TV didn't have the interactive TV option. On Celebrity I keep my phone in the safe.
  3. The pool/mast grill is located outside (covered area) deck above the pool. Raw onions, lettuce, tomatoes, and other toppings are at the counter where you place your order. Cheese, sautéed onions and sautéed mushrooms the cooks add those to your selection from the grill (flat top).
  4. Kidding aside, I use the TV to check our onboard account.
  5. Put in a grill (mast, pool) like Celebrity has that is at no additional charge. You can request to have the 'burger cooked your way or one that is ready to be plated. And not just 'burgers. Also plenty of toppings.
  6. Of course it must be true if you read it on the internet. 🍻😂
  7. 1. Yes. 2. That's all on you.
  8. There are TVs in the staterooms. 😂
  9. Agree. And IMO, that's is one of the reasons behind Celebrity going to auto gratuities. Which I prefer to stuffing envelopes. One reason we like AI and the program before that.
  10. Maybe a pouty look on your face would have helped when you were stomping your feet. 😉
  11. I guess Princess cruisers are more vocal and passionate about the evening suggested dress guidelines for the MDR. Like a lot of reoccurring or ongoing threads, I'll sometimes just read and not reply or don't even open them. Even the smoking thread gets it's on sticky on the Princess forum. 😁
  12. I gotta go with the blue. 🙃 What brand are they?
  13. Only if you are elite and above. Wash N Fold laundry perk has never been a B2B perk, at least on all our Celebrity B2B cruises.
  14. Currently on the Celebrity forum the two big huffs are over cutbacks and extra charges for the different dining venues and also gratuities. Last Friday there was a dress code thread but it died down. Give it time and another will resurface. Same with RC. As you know being a long time CC member certain topics will never go away. I'll usually add my worthless two cents to the thread(s). Others posts makes for interesting reading (opinions or just stirring the pot) on a cold snowy day. In the end I don't let others positive or negative opinions or experiences influence our decisions.
  15. In the welcome aboard CC letter from our September 2022 Summit cruise under Wine Savings it says, "one time 20% wine savings with the purchase of any bottle priced over $40.00, per member".
  16. CBP= Classic Beverage Package No gratuities on your CC HH drinks. Tipping is appreciated. CC HH drinks are from a limited drink menu.
  17. The CAS HH in the DL is from 5 to 8 PM. Nice small buffet for pre dinner snacks. You will have to use your 4 drinks loaded on your Seapass card. If you run out then your Seapass card will be charged for drinks. RC policy is still two 750 ml bottles per cabin.
  18. You will be diamond. Personal preference concerning your drinking. You each will get 4 drinks daily.
  19. "If you don't eat yer meat, you can't have any pudding. How can you have any pudding if you don't eat yer meat?"
  20. The recent one all included lobster isn't a big deal to us because we only one get one lobster each (even they they offered a second) as we ordered a steak when ordering our lobster. Surf n Turf. Can we still order the steak to share when we order the lobster and have it served at the same time or do we have to finish the lobster before ordering the steak? Might not be a fleetwide question.
  21. Welcome to CC. IMO, tipping is a personal preference that requires no justification. Also the AI gratuities include your dining staff and stateroom attendant.
  22. You will also receive a welcome aboard letter from the LA and the DLC. The letters will have all the details for your perks/benefits for your specific cruise.
