  1. If you're on the right cruise, you don't need pajamas to party 😉
  2. But remember that in general, complaints greatly outweigh compliments in numbers for social media in forums like CC, as the dissatisified are often more vocal. So we really don't know what the general sentiment of past passengers is.
  3. @SandJCruiser Which ship were you on?
  4. OOPS...I thought I quoted to OP. I try again ☺️
  5. Oceania's final payment date ranges from 90 to 150 days, depending on length of cruise.
  6. The equivalent of the US standard chicken in UK is called a Foul. (Yes, that's the spelling regardless of the pronunciation.) It comes in two designations: the Foul of Commons and the Foul of Lords, the latter being the stuffed version.
  7. Sorry, you are correct, gratuities are included and port fees are not in the US. My mind stumbled over to Oceania when I posted, where there are differences between countries. And to @SeemeilenMea Culpa.
  8. I don’t know about the Euro or AUD, but port fees are included in the cruise fare in the US. Are gratuities included in the GBP rate? They are not in the US rate.
  9. At today's exchange rate, €2990 converts to $3297. It's interesting that £2990 converts $3812. It makes me wonder what Azamara is using for its exchange rate 🤔
  10. I would agree. We booked a b2b and got $300 per stateroom per segment (actually it was listed as $150 per person per segment) as the promotion and $400 per stateroom per segment for the b2b benefit.
  11. I use weatherbug, weather.com, wunderground, and accuweather. It amazing how much they disagree with each other 🙄
  12. In the US, the WiFi has never been listed as a separate amenity on the invoice, since it is included in the cruise fare (1 with OLife and 2 with SM), as Lyn quotes above. I don't think it's your TA's choice not to give it to you since O provides it, but perhaps your TA is not totally familiar with O's marketing. Our TA provides us with an Oceania invoice, not an invoice from the agency, and WiFi is not explicitly shown, but we always get it for free.
  13. Are you sure the options weren't a specific number of free excursions, OBC, or the basic drinks package? That was the OLife package before Simply More, although in the UK, there have be packages including all 3. One free WiFi account has always been the options. If your TA told you otherwise, I'd check back with him/her.
  14. I understand your point, but there is a wide range between fine china and a Styrofoam cups and a fine china plate and a paper plate. Oceania doesn't serve its wine in Styrofoam cups or its steaks on paper plates. I think the poster say that he thinks crystal stemware is essential over a somewhat lesser quality glass stemware.
  15. Be aware that when you make your dinner bookings on line and add the other couple's booking number when asked, it will use one of their guaranteed reservations, as well as yours.

Welcome to the Oceania Board. It's best if look at recent threads or do a search before posting a question, as this question has been asked and answered many times recently. You will also get additional information. For example, see:
  17. I think that is only true for cruise ships departing from US ports. At least that's what most of the google results state....if you can trust Google.
  18. I should have added that the cc company states "Common Carrier does not include Cruise Lines, however Cruise Lines are an eligible expense for reimbursement."
