  1. I have 2 reservations on Oasis for August 13th of this year.  We had booked on board last year so we received some on board credit + I own shares in RC so there was additional $100 for my stateroom.  I was online checking my account and the on board credit was not listed.  I called the Crown and Anchor #, got through right away and the guy tells me I'm not entitled to the on board credit for the on board booking.  I tell him I have everything in writing on my booking and let me speak to a supervisor.  He puts me on hold again and comes back and says okay, we're giving it to you.  How dare him?  It's as if they were doing me a favor.

Also, we always book traditional late dining for 8:00 which is on my reservation.  So he says that my reservation for dining is 7:30.  I asked him did they change traditional dining from 8 to 7:30?  he doesn't answer me.  I said I do not want MTD at 7:30, this isn't that, correct?  He insists that it isn't.  Does anyone know if that is true that is true that they changed the traditional late dining from 8 to 7:30?  He said the early seating is 5 not 5:30.  My daughter and I were just on Navigator about a month ago and late seating was 8.

    Thanks in advance.

Yes you can but not the ones that brought you there. Since Sabal Playa is in the state of Nayarit no cabs from Jalisco can pick you up. You need one from Nayarit, but I am sure Sabal Playa can call one for you or just wait along the street to get one. As far as I know Uber still has problems in Nayarit too.

    thank you!

We did not make a reservation, but it is recommanded in high (winter) season.  You will need a cab or order an Uber to get there. It might take about 30 minutes one way depending traffic. (Uber not on the return however).  My best guess is a cab might cost about Pesos 300,- if you take one from opposite the terminal near Walmart. Always make your price before entering. Cabs at the port charge per person in US$, they are more expensive and also  cannot pick you up on the return. We live in Vallarta during winter we have our own car there.

Can you explain what you mean by "cannot pick you up on the return".  So you can't get a cab back from this resort?

We were there a few times last winter. Yes they offer a daypass. At that time they charged Pesos 500 for the pass per person, meals and drinks are extra. The restaurant is very good, decent prices. They offer a pool, private beach, nice location

thank you.  A couple of questions.  Did you reserve ahead of time?  how far is it from the port and did you just grab a taxi there?  thx

  5. I just purchased a 3 night dining package for my Navigator of the Seas cruise with my daughter.  It asked me what time I wanted to make the reservation for for day 1 and 2 and I chose a time.  A couple of questions.  Do you have to use on day 1 and 2 always?  It didn't give me the choice of restaurants.  Don't I get to choose the 3 restaurants that I want?

    TIA

Call back and ask for a supervisor or elevate to the resolution department, good luck. Might be worth your trouble to email Michael Bailey. Someone here will give you the email address.

Agree that you should keep calling. I had an expired fcc and after a few calls was able to apply it to my upcoming cruise.

if I take a Royal Caribbean cruise out of LA and we return to port at 7am on a Friday what is the safest time to book return flight without having to be super rushed.  Thank you

I asked the same question on a different site if I could make a 10 am flight from lax to nj off the navigator and everyone laughed. I know the traffic here in jersey is awful but didn't realize how bad LA was. Suffice it to say I booked a 215 flight.
