We love the Patio grill, both for lunch and for dinner. The Greek burgers are lovely at lunch-time and the night-time menu, which is different from the lunch-time one and has some great dishes (eg lamb tournedos) plus a different special every night - Rio we’ve had are surf & turf and Frito misto.
Did you try deleting both loyalty numbers, saving, then going in again, re-entering numbers then saving again. This worked for me when my Captains Club account showed zero points.
Note that I’ve never cruised on Celebrity, but my points earned on Azamara only are now showing on my Celebrity Captains Club account.
I’m not sure about the main dining room, but I doubt it. You can definitely order them if dining in either of the speciality restaurants. I can’t remember all the flavours, but we ordered through the reservations desk in the buffet and they will tell you what flavours are available. Our favourite is Grand Marnier and there’s a Lemoncillo one and a chocolate & hazelnut too.
Did the email say the upgrade request was cancelled or your cruise booking was cancelled. If it’s definitely the upgrade request, then it will be because you have a guarantee cabin. However if it’s unclear what they mean, I would be inclined to give Azamara a ring or email to ask them to explain.
In a topic about the included drinks Combine noted that “ Always more than one of each type of wine. We had four reds offered in October, I believe similar with white. There’s a sparkling and a Rose also in the included wines.”
I’ve added this to the spreadsheet.

Forgot to say that you get an invitation to the Best of the Best dinner with the Captain which is for the top suite guests only. In addition you will be designated as VIPs for the Azamazing evening and have reserved seats at the front.
Firstly, free Wifi on 1 device is included in the Owners Suite. You can also eat in the speciality restaurants every night at no charge (but make sure you book as soon as you get onboard). In addition you get $300 OBC and a free bag of laundry every 7 days. You should get some free spirits in your room. Exactly what seems to vary at the moment, as I think there are some supply issues. It might be 1 large bottle or a few smaller ones. You can talk to your butler about which spirit(s) you prefer.
In order to decide if you want to buy the Indulgence Package you need to work out if it’s worth it for you. You will already have 1 free Wifi, laundry and the Speciality Restaurants plus some OBC. It might be better value for you to just buy the Ultimate Drinks package.
I’m really not sure about having wines in the cabin if you have the Ultimate package - others here may have a better idea about this.
I can confirm that this 'trick' also worked in my case. I had booked my first Azamara cruise, then canceled it and from that moment on my points and tier would not show up anymore on Azamara, Celebrity and RCI. Deleting the loyalty number on my profile and then re-adding it fixed the issue. I did this on my Celebrity account, but I guess it would also have worked if I had done this on either the Azamara or RCI website.
Worked for me too - I did it on Celebrity and can now see loyalty points on both Celebrity & Azamara.
We did a great excursion in Lofoten which we booked on line. It was a RIB tour that took us into Trollfjord and to see Sea Eagles. https://www.lofoten-explorer.no/en/
I know we also went into Trollfjord on the Journey, but it was a very different experience in a RIB.
I noticed the inconsistencies in points - same route in the same type of cabin in different years gives 2 points and 51 points. However I do remember that at some time the points system changed altogether, tho’ I can’t remember how or exactly when.
Quite agree that this package is excellent value for longer cruises, provided you are sure you will use what it offers (Wifi, laundry, spa, speciality restaurants, drinks package, excursion OBC etc).
It can vary so much. We did a Norway cruise with Azamara and it was actually much colder in Flam than in the Arctic Circle. It was snowing when we got off the Flam railway. At the North Cape (furthest north we went) it was not as cold as it was further south.
