  1. i think you need to go further for a ‘mock’ booking - put in your details then you should be able to see what cabins are available. To check where they are you will need to look at Deck Plans on the ship via the bottom menu.
  2. Ours is the same. When I first log in and then go to Manage My Reservation it gives our correct loyalty level (Discoverer) and loyalty points that are a little higher than I think they should be (I’m not complaining), However when I click on the person icon, top right, then click on Profile it shows us as Adventurer with no points. I’m assuming this is just a glitch & will get sorted out in time.
  3. That’s my understanding as well. Added this to the spreadsheet https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/15Deg-GaeZYLml8NN3PVwoh_jUkQ8QmYUe1wxnVAlODE/edit
  4. An interesting question. It’ll be interesting to get an answer whether here or onboard. Do post the outcome however you get it!
  5. I went back in to ‘Manage My Reservation’ today for our November cruise and found that the information available had increased and was correct. It now includes the beverage package and Wifi that were a promotion included with our booking. I was also able to add our Passport information, but could not manage to upload a photo yet. I tried both Safari and Chrome and found no difference between them. I’ve seen people talking about their accounts showing (sometimes incorrectly) the amount owing. I can’t seem to get that to showup - I tried clicking on Payment but nothing happens. Maybe that’s because our booking is with a travel agent.
  6. Certainly it varied a lot on our recent Pursuit cruise and was always slow in the morning (7:30ish) when presumably everyone was catching up with emails etc.
  7. Our points and loyalty level are shown in two different places. The first is when you first go into your account - this is correct for loyalty level and possibly a bit generous for points. The second is if you click Profile which is an option that comes up when you click on your name, top right. On that there is a Club Programs category, if I click on that it says I joined Azamara Circle on 25 March, have no loyalty points and am at Adventurer level. I gues this is a work in progress!
  8. Just been into my account. I can see my loyalty level & points and my upcoming cruise. When I go into Upcoming Cruise, then Manage my Reservation, I can see lots of excursions for the cruise. Most of them have full details, but others just have a headline. There’s also a section headed Guests where I can complete details such as address, email, date of birth etc, upload photos and add details of documents such as COVID vaccination certificates and passports. What still doesn’t seem to be available on the site is the excursions available for non booked cruises.
  9. I would go for the time on your original check-in, taking your express pass with you.
  10. Most tours in Venice are walking as there are no vehicles, other than boats, allowed on most of the main island. You can do it yourself with a good map & using Vaporetto’s (public boats) and/or water taxis.
  11. Great review brazilgirl. I agree with most of your comments - but then we’re Azamara loyalists and have been for quite some time. It was lovely to meet you and your husband on the cruise. Maybe we’ll meet again on Azamara!
  12. Yes it is, only time there are queues on Azamara is occasionall to get a table in Discoveries in the evening
  13. That sounds like a great day Betsey. Glad you enjoyed it. We got home OK after a tiring day.
  14. I can sign in through the little person icon that is top right. All it shows is my name - no loyalty level or points. There is the option to click on upcoming cruises, but when I do it says that information is not available at the moment.
  15. Sallyandtex started a topic asking whether Guest Relations will punch a hole in your key card and uktog replied that they will. Added to the spreadsheet https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/15Deg-GaeZYLml8NN3PVwoh_jUkQ8QmYUe1wxnVAlODE/edit
  16. On Pursuit we have had sushi in Windows buffet at lunchtime on quite a few days.
  17. If embarkation is delayed then your options may be limited. We didn’t get onboard in Rio until 4:30. Windows was closed and the Patio was not open. There were some sandwiches & cake in Mosaic coffee bar and some Tapas in the living room
  18. We were also happy to see that there is a shuttle in Madeira today.
  19. We did the same tour and really enjoyed it. We weren’t disappointed about not seeing more of the Caldera as we did a tour to it last time we were here. We loved the tour - our guide was very knowledgeable and interesting. The format of the tour suited us, basically it was a drive from one side of the island to the other, with 2 stops and one ‘photo opportunity’. At the two stops we had about 50 minutes to look around on our own, have a coffee etc. As Betsy said the drive was interesting because the two sides of the island are so different. The port side was cloudy and damp with very mixed vegetation, but as soon we went through what they call the ‘weather tunnel’ we came out into brilliant sunshine and vegetation the is primarily the Canary Pine tree, although with lots and lots of banana plantations as we got nearer sea level. Our first stop was at the pretty hill town of El Paso and the second at a little seaside town. The photo opportunity was at a site overlooking the volcano and it’s ash field. We drove through a village where all the houses on our left were fine but many on the right had been destroyed. You can see the roofs of the buildings in the ash.
