  1. If you plan to go back to Seville make sure you are there for the Feria - it’s amazing. It’s not a tourist event, but is for the local people. It’s a festival where everyone dresses up in local costume, lots of horses etc.
  2. I think the prices are all over the place. It’s not a problem if you have your original invoice. Why don’t you raise a query with the using their query form.
  3. I think you are too optimistic! We bought the Indulgence package which includes $250 spa credit. Once on the ship (Quest) the onboard account on the TV didn’t separate the Spa credit out, so we thought it could be used as ordinary OBC, so ‘spent’ some of it in the shop. We got a nasty shock when we got home and saw the final invoice and found out that our credit card had been charged for the things we bought in the shop!
  4. I meant I hope it works out for you Mackdogmolly. 😂
  5. I hope it irks out for you!😀
  6. I didn’t try saving a cabin choice as it was just a ‘mock’ booking to try the system out. Just tried it and, as you say, clicking on Select doesn’t save the choice. That is poor - won’t help their bookings!
  7. I presume you have a printed version of your invoice. Take that with you along with a bank or credit card statement showing you paid for the cruise.
  8. This is what I see when I click on the date of birth box. Then if I click on the month & year on the top left I can get years
  9. Azamara (and other cruise lines) has always had different offers for different markets - this isn’t new or to do with being owned by Sycamore.
  10. White Night is a party night which is held on the pool deck. They clear all the sun beds and put chairs & tables. They cook great food and serve it on deck and have live music to dance to. Most people wear white or pale clothes - for example my DH wears a white polo shirt and beige chinos. Its a really fun night.
  11. I think that just illustrates how bad the data they got from RCCL was - OK for some people, but not for others.
  12. In the date of birth date box, is there a month & year on the right, as well as the month on the left. If so try clicking on the month & year. That works on the ‘Guest’ section on a cruise booking.
  13. When you see your cruise booking, is there a box marked Manage My Reservation, have you clicked on it. When I click on it and scroll down on the page I get there’s a line saying Excursions on the left and a paper/pencil icon on the right. When I click on the icon a scrollable list of excursions for my cruise comes up. They all have a ‘button’ marked Detail. For many of the excursions clicking this gives more information.
  14. I could see the available excursions after I clicked on Manage My Reservation. That brought up details of my booking and on it was a line headed Excursions with a paper/pencil icon. When I click on the paper/pencil icon it brings up a page where I can scroll down to see the excursions for my booked cruise. Each has a Detail button. When I click on Detail there is more information (although for some there is no more information.
  15. After you’ve been allocated a cabin, try clicking on the paper/pencil icon in Categories above the description of the type of room. When I did this there was an option to choose cabin, then the option to view in List View or Map View. However it does only seem to list 6 cabins. I can’t work out how to see more. There is a filter option, but I’m not clear what it does
  16. Not quite, but nearly. The cruise I looked at for Oceanview Cat 5 I got 4018, 4021,4022,4023 & 4025.
  17. It’s always wise to do that anyway - we always do so.
  18. I logged in to my account, then clicked on the icon at the top & clicked on Upcoming Cruises. Next clicked on Manage my Reservation, then scrolled down to Excursions and clicked on the paper/pencil icon. That gave me a scrollable list of excursions available. All of them had a Details button that gave information - on some of them there was no information (but our cruise isn’t until November). So it’s all there but not in a printable format. Note that I could only get the pencil/paper icon using Chrome, it wasn’t there on Safari.
  19. I got it both on Safari & Chrome. I had the paper/pen icon to the right of Categories just above the cabin type section.
  20. I can’t see any way to download and/or print a shore excursions list/brochure either for a booked or non-booked cruise. You can see the excursions for a booked cruise, but not in a way that would be easy to print, and I can’t find a full list of excursions for a non-booked cruise. Has anyone else found a way to do this for either booked or non-booked cruises?
  21. Thanks. That worked and could see the deck plan by choosing Map View.
  22. You’re right. I just tried and it no longer gives you any cabin choice!
