I called Princess about problem purchasing internet package yesterday and was told problem was due to system enhancements. Rep said I would receive a phone call notifying me when available. Rep said pricing would remain same as before outage.

I talked with a Princess rep this morning. She said error message, no plans available, was due to a system enhancement. She said I will receive a phone call notifying me of availability when system enhancement is completed. I asked if special pricing offer I previously saw will still be available and she said yes, $35 for single device. Very polite and thorough young lady. I guess I’ll chill until notified.

This question is not a comment on quality of internet. I am only asking about my problem with purchasing internet package.

Hi Folks, I attempted to purchase an internet package via medallion app for my February cruise on Sky Princess today and received message that no plans are currently available. I started a chat on Princess website and reached no resolution. Rep suggested may be system problem. Rep gave me a phone number for hotline to address. I will pursue tomorrow. Anyone else having problems?

Wow, that’s weird. I’ve done many Princess cruises and never heard much from neighbors. I’m on Sky in February and hope we don’t have similar experience.

Cruise arriving in February and wondering if you get T-Mobile cell service in St. Martin.

The form is available on the internet. Search for Carnival shareholder benefit request form and you will find it. Email to address noted by others with redacted brokerage statement. I did mine about a week ago and got a email confirmation from Princess it was received. Credit appeared on a booking confirmation I received yesterday. Easy peasy.

Thanks for your review ghsuites. We are sailing on Sky in February on Eastern Caribbean itinerary. Internet is not a big issue for us so not concerned. Your food comments are interesting. My traveling companions prefer buffet to MDR and will be pleased. Glad to hear crew is cool. We’ve been to Roatan and know pier is pretty limited there, so not surprised you didn’t get in. But hey, you got to roll with things. Our cabin is around the Retreat Pool area. Did you get a look at that?

Hi Folks, Cruising Sky Princess in February out of Ft Lauderdale. Really crumby flight choices from our location and looking at return on 10:25 am flight after disembarkation. Itinerary says arrival time Ft Lauderdale is 6:00 am. Anyone have recent experience regarding early disembarkation time?

Hi Folks, Sailing September 24. My cabin assignment was changed by NCL Monday from BF balcony on deck 7 to a BA balcony on deck 10. I noticed when I looked at vacation summary on website. I chatted with agent to confirm and asked why I didn’t receive any notice. She said email had been sent. I did receive a booking confirmation email Monday that had the new cabin number but the email did not note the change and I didn’t see it. I don’t mind the change but if I hadn’t noticed I would have arrived with incorrect edocs and luggage tags. Check you stuff carefully before heading to port!

We are using Hertz at airports in Maui, Kauai, and Oahu. Just renting for first days in Maui and Kauai to avoid hassles with overnights parking. Will just taxi from pier to airport, have heard no shuttles are available in Maui and Kauai.

Hi scottca075, We are renting a car at the airport on Maui Sept 25 and were planning on doing RTH. You mentioned the RTH is a mess right now, can you explain further?

I am sailing on POA on September 24. I’ve been following threads on Facebook from people sailing on POA now. They are generally very complimentary regarding staff and many are calling this a tremendous cruise. The general tone I’m seeing is very positive. A cruise is often what you make of it and a positive attitude goes a long way. I’m looking forward to it and not letting the naysayers rain on my parade.

Hi Folks, Got my NCL air confirmation this morning. Got nonstop Denver to Honolulu on United for September 24 cruise on POA. We are ecstatic! Flight times are good. Seat selection limited but we are satisfied with what we got. Wheels up and out of here soon! ✈️🏖

Hi Folks, I’m sailing on Pride of America on September 24 and using NCL air. Arriving in Honolulu 2 days early. Has anyone recently done NCL air from Denver to Honolulu? I would like to know if you went nonstop or layover. United has a nonstop from Denver but I’m kind of presuming we layover in LA. Your recent information would be appreciated. ✈️

I just finished a chat with an NCL agent. I asked her if there was any information about cancellations for my September 24 cruise on POA. After much roundabout she said she thought notices went out to affected passengers today. I haven't received any notification so I'm hoping for best. Along the way I asked what criteria was used for cancellation. She said she didn't know for sure but based on the wording of correspondence she has seen she believed it was random selection. Hard to believe but that's what she said.

I'm on the Pride Of America September 24. Does anyone know if Hawaii is on board with no test if vaccinated? They were a little sticky during pandemic.
