Adventure has always had a basketball court.

That is how I feel toward St. Maaten. There is something about the vibe of the island, coupled with family memories made there, that makes the island special to me.

I have never been. Anything in particular that attracts you to the island?

Ok, I get. The question though is why? What does a hat on your head have to do with eating? It is just some social norm that evolved sort of like neck ties. What is the point of taking a piece of useless cloth and tying it around one's neck? I find it hard to get worked up over things people do that are harmless to anyone else.

However, occasionally someone does pop in who doesn't seem to appreciate what we have going on here and they don't seem to be able to just move on gracefully.

WIith all of these activities and resources people made a big deal out of RCI canning its weatherman?😄

Can I ask you why? Unless you are paying attention would you even notice which forum the thread is located in when you click on it? Not that I am advocating for a move. I am just curious.

Jade wants nothing to do with going outside either. When an outside door opens she runs in the other direction. My previous cat Lila, on the other hand, would be ready to escape through any previously closed door that happened to open. She also figured out how to operate the lever door knobs in the house. She had no appreciation for closed bathroom or bedroom doors.

Hanging at the Yacht Club tonight. I noticed the clouds and thought they looked pretty cool.

I had an uncle who had one when I was a kid. I loved playing in it.

I could see RCI eventually getting away from shows that they have to pay royalties for. Their whole mindset seems to be saving money. However, when I was on Odessey this past February, the CD was talking about shows on the various ships. I don't remember how long she said the contracts for Mamma Mia and CATS have left to go but I remember thinking that both shows will be around for awhile. I still don't understand how they are going to make this work on short sailings. Maybe the show would be moved to a different ship doing longer sailings? I'm just musing as I have no idea what is going to happen.

I get your point. However, most of those benefits, other than internet, mean little to me so I'd be throwing away money just to get to Pinnacle. I'm just not all that needy. Give me my balcony, my D+ drinks, the Windjammer, and some decent entertainment and I can make the week be pretty enjoyable on the ship.

You've got that right. I wish that I had the points for the other people that I've paid for. I'd have a shot at making Pinnacle during my lifetime.

When you find out after the monetary transaction I would say it goes beyond misleading....

He knows that he is going to have a good life. He lucked out.

He is going to be a great family addition.

I've seen Mamma Mia on Allure multiple times and even more than once per sailing. I never get tired of it. And if I have a choice of O class ships I'd pick Allure just for that show. I agree that the Aqua Show may not be the best in the O class fleet but it is still very enjoyable. I haven't been on Oasis in a few years now and I hear its Aqua Show is very good.
