It really would not take much energy. All you have to do is take what you wrote here in your original post and paste it into an email to the CEO. Then just wait to see what you get for a response. It would be interesting to see what happens.

I liked the cans with the screw tops that Allure had in January. I wish they had continued to use them.

It may be that you have to be connected to the ship's wifi to see the times for shows requiring reservations. I do remember that sitting in the terminal waiting to board I could not see any times in the app until I connected to Allure's wifi.

Getting a plate of strawberries as an apology for the wire would have just served to make me angry... in other words.... pissed me off.

@dani negreanuDani, I actually found your story pretty riveting. You should relay it to who ever is CEO of Celebrity these days. They need to know what is happening. As for the wire, I would have demanded an abdominal flat plate x-ray. That would have showed any wire that was ingested and may have provided some relief from the worry. A wire could gave caused significant issues. As for Capt. Kate, some how that doesn't surprise me. I never have any interest in "meeting" any officers. Just do your jobs and provide a safe cruise. That is all I need from them. I never understood the infatuation with Capt. Johnny over on RCI either but I guess some people are into rubbing elbows with these people. I'll take a "lowly" bartender, cabin steward, or even a mantenance guy varnishing a railing to talk with over some officer but that is just me. I would also say that these various issues you experienced are a reflection on her nanagement of that ship. Seems like she and her cat are more a marketing tool for the cruise line. Sorry your experience was so subpar and very much appreciate you writing about it. My previous Celebrity cruise was years ago and I think I'll stick with RCI where I am pretty happy.

@Sea DogI completely agree about the robotic voices. When I open a youtube video if I hear a robotic voice I immediately close it. I just can't stand listening to them.

The kitten that lived under furniture for weeks. I sometimes wondered if we would ever do anything more than just share a house. I guess I just had to adjust to her time frame.

Wow is all I have to say. I find that pretty sad and, in a way, even embarrassing.
