That is NOT like-for-like. I was at least still put in another jr. suite. Just not the one on 10. And no one can tell me WHY that room wasn’t available anymore. So frustrating.
We lost our beautiful aft balcony, which is the only reason we picked that particular sailing. ☹️ Not sure how since the same room exists on both ship. No one can give me an answer as to why those folks who were already booked weren’t given first dibs on keeping their same room.
I’m glad to see I’m not the only one who travels with a mobile pharmacy! I bring everything we may use on land because you certainly can’t expect to find it on a ship.
Was it a same class switch or was it to a different class? I was hoping same to same would be quick. In my mind, it would seem to be easy. Just plop everyone back in the same room there were already in. If the room doesn’t exist, then those are the folks who need to get a new (unpreviously assigned to someone else) room assignment.
My theory based on other sailings on other ships which have been on reduced speed - One of them has a bad Azipod which is preventing it from sailing at the correct speed and it can’t be fixed until the next dry dock. My guess is Voyager.
I am curious what these new regulations are.
We have Mariner, Voyager, and Explorer to finish that Class of ships. And we are booked on Mariner this year and Voyager was next. Sigh. Maybe I should go buy a lotto ticket. Normally, we’re not this lucky. Lol!
Yeah…..I just got the same email. I’m disappointed because I wanted to sail on Voyager. We haven’t experienced it yet. 🤨 I wonder the likelihood that we’ll be assigned the same stateroom. I would hope high since it’s almost an identical ship as the other.
Can we talk about this? What do you do? What is your hair washing routine? (I’m genuinely interested. Not trying to start anything. I have an entity on my head, too, and I’ve always shampooed and conditioned. Have to switch shampoos every few years when my hair stops liking the current product.)
I was just able to pull that sailing up and start a booking. Maybe just a temporary glitch? I was having issues trying to book other Voyager sailings last week. Maybe just an issue with Voyager.
