Seems most of the reports of health department contact and/or persons not feeling well are from Feb 23rd sailing of the Silhouette.

Any body having possible COVID symptoms or notification from the health department from the March 6th sailing?

Just got off the Silhouette after getting on March 6th.    Nothing was said on board and no obvious changes in protocols.... we were able to still serve ourselves, etc.

Asked the cruise director on the gangway this morning and she said the case from last week is "not confirmed but we are aware of the media reports"   Sounds like a response from "corporate" to me.

Now trying to decide if we should self-quarintine.  Unfortunately,  most folks who got off the last cruise and this one probably have no idea about the confirmed case.

Our Princess cruise has an overnight in Dublin, and we are thinking of booking the Celtic Nights dinner show that night.

Is it a safe walk to the Princess shuttle buses at 11PM on a Sunday night from the Arlington Hotel or should we take a taxi back to the port?   How much would a taxi cost, if we can even get one at that hour?

We always take the Tube from Heathrow. We stayed at the H10 Hotel in Waterloo a couple of years ago. It's a couple of blocks farther away from the Waterloo Tube station. We found it convenient to the things we wanted to see that trip: Shakespeare's Globe Theatre and the Tate Modern.

We are planning to go to RP and are happy to find out there are only two ships in port that day.  However we are there from noon till 7 and the other ship is there 7 till 5.

Will we be able to rent 2 chairs and an umbrella on the beach by the time we get there or will they all be taken?  Should we reserve a beach cabana instead?

Also going to Barcelo soon and wondering about the included breakfast and lunch.  Can you go eat in your swim suit or do you need to change?  Is it safe to leave your stuff at your beach loungers when you eat?

Hello,

We are sailing on the Silhouette in March.  I believe ships are being added to the Celebrity app as they get Revolutionized.

Based on when other ships were added, will it be once it goes into drydock?  At the beginning of the first sailing after drydock?  Any guesses? 🙂

The reason I assume that it is per couple is otherwise why would many of the items (Inside Access Tour, Officer's Lunch, Wine Pairing) note "two guests"?

The perk we are really interested in is the priority debarkation at ports.  We have a tender port and it says we can use the Suite line.    

Has anyone used this perk as part of the Premier Pass?  Did it work as advertised?

The cost of the Premier Pass is hard to justify for one tender port, but we hate losing time in port waiting on line (or for our number to be called) to tender.  Plus, we are planning on the Behind the Scenes tour anyway.

(The pass is $442 on our 9 night sailing.  It says per person, but this is per couple, right?  Doubling the cost would certainly make it not worth it!)

Hi,

Planning ahead for our cruise in March and curious what terminals Celebrity uses in Port Everglades.  I know the primary one is Terminal 25, but since the Edge is in port the day we return, I know we will be somewhere else and trying to figure out where that could be.

Hi,

Does anyone have experience using EZAIR to book a codeshare flight?  Pros/cons?

It's too early to book my flights for next August, but British Airways is the only non stop carrier from my preferred airport.  However the flight is also sold by American Airlines under a standard codeshare agreement. 

Looks like EZAIR will sell me tickets via either for the same flights and the fare may not be the same. 

Should I book whichever is cheaper?  Should I book BA since it is their flight?  Should I book with AA since I have one of their credit cards?

I have seen folks say that the pricing without logging in is sometimes different than the price if you do log in.

My cruise is too far out to get any flight info while logged in, so I have been doing a sample booking for earlier cruises that flights are available just to gauge prices.. but I am not seeing the great deals people are talking about with eZAiR.  Often the prices is higher!  (This is for flights from US to/from Europe.)

Is this because I am not logged in to my booking?

I believe you are thinking of the Allure.. they had donuts on the boardwalk two years ago.  Not sure if they still do.
