No I haven't and that's very scary. Myeloma seems like a very difficult cancer to treat without major complications. It's Inauguration Day in Maryland with our first ever black Governor (Wes Moore) to be sworn in at noon on a lovely day. I haven't seen a Thesaurus in many years and was never into Winnie the Pooh. Oh no on the Rona. I would rethink the Paxlovid, if you wait too long to start it the benefits go poof. My case was strange. I had a negative PCR November 30 and retested December 16 before my December 20 physical plus I did an Antigen test (negative) December 19. The PCR test did not come back until December 21 and that was positive. When I talked to the Health Department we agreed it was too late for Paxlovid but fortunately all I had was a few sniffles. I had no New Years Resolutions but will salute Kid Inventors. National Bootleg Day commemorates the final approval of Prohibition, a noble but mis-guided experiment, and sadly we have not learned the lessons as they pertain to drug policy. I've been to Nuualofa a couple of times but the last time due there (Crystal Serenity, 2020) we were denied entry, and another ship that was scheduled for come crew changes was not even allowed to take the new crew aboard in a tender. Cooler heads prevailed for a while and MS Amsterdam a couple weeks later became the last ship to dock there. I love the Emerson quote and am a bit curious about the lamb (it sounds nice but I won't make it). I know the feeling. I sailed an Exhibition ship to Antarctica in 1997 and at the time my mother was living near Orlando. On my return we had a layover in Santiago before flying to Miami and Orlando.. It was hot in Santiago and I packed up all my cold weather gear. When we arrived in Miami I had to take an outdoor walk from the International Terminal to the Domestic one. The Thermometer in Miami showed 37. Brrr! Roy
