Today's report is really awesome. I can't believe it but he will come off the list tomorrow. The Zaandam sailaway today is really awesome. I watched the Miami webcam for @aliaschief but they got essentially no coverage and there were ample missed opportunities. @Heartgrove I did an early February cruise on the Carnival Pride and think you should be ok unless things get really COLD, I do wonder what Carnival is doing now about muster drill on the Spirit Class. That COULD be cold if it's under the lifeboats. Roy

Well, it's Thursday (or Friday Junior as my local news crew calls it) and still warm but with more seasonal weather on the horizon. There are few places on earth that can compare with the magic of the White Continent. And a Birthday and Retirement Celebration sound like a very good reason to do it. The flights to Santiago and back from Buenos Aires are taxing but will be rewarded by over 3 weeks of pampering service, lots of wildlife and the drama of a double crossing of the famous Drake Passage.
