We are booked on the Viking Neptune Barcelona to FLL departing on December 8. We booked the pre-cruise extension in Madrid, where according to Viking website, there is supposed to be a Viking free excursion offered in Madrid; however, I do not see anything under excursions. Is this normal for ocean cruises, since pre-cruise excursion was posted for a recent river cruise?

I looked on-line and apparently the Australia government is no longer requiring a pre-entry COVID test, so why is Princess requiring a test for cruises leaving Australia? Looking at the Princess website posting, they are no longer requiring COVID test unless required by country; yet, they require a COVID test for cruises leaving an Australian port. Am I miss reading this?
