  1. I’m not sure how much it cost now, but my husband caught something on one of our Alaska cruises, and required a port put in and daily IV with antibiotics. We had cruise insurance, but we had to pay for it and file afterwards with our insurance and the cruise insurance to be reimbursed. It really wasn’t that expensive though compared to ER pricing, even our family physician was impressed on the care and pricing. The doctors on the ship are not Celebrity employees, they are contracted doctors. I would call Celebrity and see if you can get an approximate price.
  2. I receive all the promotional emails daily, and I do get the Captains Club news letters, but my issue is I stopped getting the Power Up emails. I have called, I have emailed, and I’m still not getting them, most of the time I don’t get a response at all when emailing. Why is IT so spotty at best? The website it terrible, especially when doing a search for something you know it there but you can’t find it.
  3. We had one in our RS on the Solstice last month, along with a lovely assortment of coffees to choose from.
  4. May 2024 Solstice. Premium Spirits List - 2024x.pdf
  5. We were on the Solstice in May, and received the PJ’s. They did not offer to monogram them, and FYI they run on the small side.
  6. We just booked this for our next cruise. Are there many places to eat or shop near by? I haven’t had a chance to google the area yet.
  7. Thanks for posting a video of the stateroom, we will be in this cabin next month to Alaska. We too prefer the S class ships over the Edge class, not that the E Class is bad, it just wasn’t a perfect fit for us. Enjoy!
  8. As Milhouse stated it is walkable, and we walked down the day before and scouted it out, but since we had large pieces of luggage, we arranged for a ride to drop us off at the baggage check in.
  9. Thanks, I waited and repriced it last week and saved $3,485.00 including gratuities, we lost our $800.00 OBC, but well worth it!
  10. We choose the airport Fairmont the night before we fly home, especially since our flight is at 7:00 AM
  11. You can select US dollars instead of Canadian $ on the website.
  12. Sorry, I guess everything has doubled if not tripled since COVID. Good luck and enjoy your cruise!
  13. We have also stayed at the Pinnacle Marriott approximately a block and a half away. We had a great room high floor overlooking the harbor. Might be worth checking it out.
  14. I also have a question. I booked our cruise and flights with Celebrity, my cruise price went down by $1663.00 even with losing some perks, can you reprice the cruise without repricing the airfare?
  15. We sailed on the Equinox last Oct 2022, and none of the three small things we requested to the SSC were done (1) extra ice bucket filled with ice, for the special bottle of champagne we brought OB, 2) a body pillow for my DH, 3) and to have the chocolate dipped strawberries, that we ordered and paid for ahead of time, in the room for sail way). Alway had great SSC experiences in the past except for that time on that ship.
