It is $30 a night. When is your cruise? When only one ship is using Cape Liberty, everyone gets to park in the garage. When multiple ships are, (May to October-ish) only handicapped plates/placards and consecutive cruisers are permitted in the garage. There are surface lots for others.
Your only other choice is to stay at a hotel that offers parking, and shuttle to and from the port.
There are different rules for different bookings.
1. Full UWC and full segment cruisers have the Deluxe Beverage Package, wifi, and gratuities included in their cruise fare.
1. Full UWC have 50% off specialty dining and full segment cruisers have 30% off specialty dining.
2. Full UWC can bring on all the wine they want at any port.
2. No liquor. Wine only.
3. Gratuities are included for full UWC and full segment cruisers. Mini-leg cruisers must pay standard gratuities.

Well, that "translates" to $85 USD, and includes gratuities, so that is equivalent to $72 + 18% gratuity. And that is pretty standard right now. Some ships are actually WAAAY more.
And YES, things have certainly gone up in three years!
