  1. Truly, in 2024, $62 is a great price. (if you are inclined to want the DBP)
  2. I don't think that is in the least bit ironic. The situation is what the situation is. As you said, very limited space on Serenade. They are fortunate to be recognized as Pinnacle immediately, instead of having to wait. They get their six drinks, their free wifi, their shiny pins.
  3. I can't recall specifically how Vision class ships are laid out in this regard (Enchantment is a Vision class ship), but on many RC ships, the tender platform is reached by descending some steps. There is no other way to get to the tender. But again, I'm not sure if that applies to the Enchantment.
  4. The full itinerary: UWC_SEG_3.pdf (rccl.com) Dubai to Cape Town. Cape Town to Ravenna. The pricing:
  5. Yes, there are huge racks of lifejackets on CocoCay, just as there are on the pool deck. Am I reading this correctly? Now we not only have chair hogs, you think that it's ok to be a lifejacket hog?!?!?!?
  6. It can be very slippery at night, with limited lighting. I like "sneaking" in and out the "back way."
  7. And it's a lot easier to spell Ovation correctly than Odyssey, apparently. 😄 😄 😄
  8. I have gotten that call, and they always sound concerned, not "mean". They are afraid that something negative has happened, and they don't want to be the target of your anger. Quite understandable, considering how RC misuses the survey.
  9. MOS: Majesty of the Seas? Monarch of the Seas? Mariner of the Seas? Just kidding. 😄
  10. My only advice is: Book the same cabin for all three legs. SO much easier and more relaxing on the turnaround days.
  11. Price policies are different for Australians. You should ask this on the Australia forum. Australia & New Zealand Cruisers - Cruise Critic Community
  12. Current Captains Continued - Royal Caribbean International - Cruise Critic Community
  13. Am I allowed to bring alcohol onboard a cruise ship? | Royal Caribbean Cruises
  14. There is a listed corkage fee, but it "never" happens.
  15. On Quantum class ships, the sofabed makes into two beds. It's a trundle style pull-out. So although they are "sharing" a sofabed, they are actually separate beds, just sidebyside.
  16. Depends on the ship. On some, it was December 2019.
  17. Not so much. 😞 Because no one wants to pay the inflated prices.
