  1. We've had no trouble using our Firestick on several ships to watch Netflix, Amazon etc etc. OP if you have any trouble just ask your cabin steward for help and if they can't they'll call for one of the electricians onboard. This is actually a very common request now.
  2. We have a balcony for our two SurfSide Suites..true it's not of the ocean but this will be just fine for our extended family May 2024.
  3. We just renewed our GeoBlue Trekker policy for the 4th time...fingers crossed we never have to use it but at our age we won't travel without it.
  4. Whatever you decide to do...keep in mind that Portland can be missed due to weather and know the excursion cancellation policy.
  5. Doubtful you'll get these returned. Have your health care provider replace your prescriptions.
  6. Our January 17, 2022 on Navigator we were lucky and had great weather.
  7. We used a shuttle. Big signs when you exit you can't miss them. We paid $10.00pp cash from port to TPA. We were one of the first on and it filled up quickly and we were on our way. More shuttles were lined up right behind us.
  8. Agree they'll be taxi's. Always use a metered one...never flat rate.
  9. Many people on our RCI Jewel cruise that ended in Amsterdam disembarked when we docked. We however spent that last night onboard since our flight home was already scheduled.
  10. I have always booked directly with RCI. The small amount of OBC I get to book onboard doesn't make that much difference to me personally. If I happen to get some non-refundable credit during the booking process...great if not...oh well. I also book only suites so the discount deposit doesn't apply. Usually the bookings I make aren't even out yet and the limitations on these book onboard offers doesn't work out the best at the time. Many years ago we used to purchase 3pp Future Cruise Certificates while onboard and those terms were great...those went away a long time ago. My post certainly wasn't meant to be a debate....just my opinion. Thanks for your response.
  11. Yes...We used to buy 3 pp when onboard.
  12. I thought I heard this ESTA program has been delayed/pushed back again.
  13. I can't get a discount on deposits because I book only suites....OBC...MEH !!! I used to love the old Next Booking vouchers...no expiration. Those are a thing of the past.
  14. I've had trouble also lately the planner wants a reservation number first. Sometimes I can access it easily sometimes not. Hit or miss...but definitely it's been wonky !!!
  15. Go on their website and try. We've used our Costco card at out of the US stores.
  16. We've used Budget and were very happy with the shuttle service. Price it through Costco if you're a member.
  17. I am in a (true) aft balcony right now so I know I only have a shower. My options to bid up include an Aqua Class Sky Suite and Sky Suite...my question is, these will both have a tub right? What's the difference between these two particular categories? They seem the same except for a few Aqua amenities that I don't interest me. Thanks so much.
  18. They only seem to care about how they "look" not taste and that's why you see so many one bite desserts left on the table.
  19. No worries about that. I'm very used to those on RCI.
  20. I have a chance to do an upgrade bid and only want to bid on a cabin that has a tub. I don't care if it's the tub/shower combo. I just don't want to bid on Aqua or Concierge and find out these don't have tubs. So do I need to only book the category of Sky Suites. Thanks so much for helping me. This is only my 2nd Celebrity cruise and as a D+ on RCI I understand their categories.
  21. Which suites on Summit have a bathtub? I'm a bit confused about Sky vs Aqua vs Concierge and the tub options.
